This type of tape seems to be hard to find locally and when I did find it, it was $9 a roll. Cant beat the price for a 4 pack on here.

I got this goStaunch Strapping Tape 4Pcs, 1.88in x 30yds Fiber Tape - 5.5Mil Thick Heavy Duty Fiberglass Tape - PET Synthetic Rubber Adhesive Filament Tape - Reinforced Packing Tape - Bundling, Closing Cartons in recently and it works great. This is excellent quality tape. It’s thick and it fits on a tape gun. It doesn’t tear down the middle like some of the cheaper brands I’ve used do. I’m using this to tape cardboard boxes for storage and for shipping. I did use it to tape a garden hose together to put in storage and it worked great for all the above. I had a picture took of me trying to tear it from the sides and I couldn’t do it bare handed. This tape is really strong. Overall great tape that holds good and is easy to use. I would recommend this tape

This tap is strong. Its Fiberglass reinforcement makes it ideal for using on big boxes or or shipping things you really dont want opened easily. I used it to tape up heavy boxes with. Seems just as strong as any other tap Ive used. A little pricy but this tap is top quality in the durability and adhesive department.

I didnt realize they come with fiberglass stripes so thats an added bonus. They are very strong and similar to clear duct tapes. I wish they are tearable by hands but due to the toughness, you will need a scissor or a tape gun dispenser. Its very sticky with strong adhesive so do not use it on anything that may tear off varnish or paint.

Product was excellent. It held the box together well. I felt confident that it would be received on the other end with very little damage. On the negative side I would have wished that they provided me with a cutting instrument to go with the rolls. I used a pair of scissors but I honestly think that it would have been easier if it came with a cutter. Since I lack a third hand to hold things down and cut with a pair of scissors It would have been nice. I worried that the tape would stick onto its roll when I cut the tape. What I did was pull off enough tape so the end of the tape on the roll wouldnt stick to itself. I also put a piece of paper at the very end of the roll so I would not have difficulty using the roll for more tape.

We ship packages almost daily and have gone to this tape exclusively.

This tape is very heavy duty. I used it for moving boxes and it worked so well. I love how durable it is and at the same time affordable.

Sturdy and sticky packing tape: This tape is reinforced and sticks onto cardboard very well, making it ideal for moving heavy objects that are being boxed up. Youll need scissors or similar: I tried to rip off a strip of this tape with my teeth and almost chipped a tooth! The reinforcement is pretty difficult to rip, and even with scissors I had to take a couple snips to get through this tape. As long as you have scissors or something similar you should be fine using this. Overall, Id recommend this tape if you need a little extra security for your packages or moving boxes.
