> 3 dayThis little pen is great! I have an old tub and I rent so Im not able to redo the tub and tile. This pen renewed the old stained, mildew colored grossness that was my tub. Its not perfect, but now I can step into my shower without feeling like something is going to come alive and eat me( seriously, my tub was stained black from bad caulk and mildew. One downside of the pen, you do have to press the tip down to get the paint flowing every so often, especially when doing tile above your head. Definitely listen to the instructions and make sure the area is clean and dry or it wont stick to the grout as well. It is really easy to get off of tile if youre messy like me and cant stay in an straight line if your life depended on it. Im getting another one to do the kitchen grout too because some genius put white ceramic tiles in the main entrance to the house.

> 3 dayIf you want to touch up a few tiles this is fine. Anything bigger and you will probably not be happy with this .

Greater than one weekHere is a picture of a small section I’ve done on my bathroom wall. You can see it makes a pretty big difference. This is just 1 coat and it did soak into the grout pretty well. I went out of the lines onto the tile a little, so I let it dry and then wiped it off with a wet wash cloth. It came right off of the tile but stayed put in the grout, so I’m hoping once you let it really soak in well it’ll stay even after washing the wall with cleaner. The pen has the be shaken and depressed every few minutes, so that’s a bit of a pain but it works just a Sharpie paint marker. My bathroom is pretty small and I’m eager to see how much just 1 pen covers. I’ll likely buy again.

> 3 dayI had my tiles restored by a professional and mostly what he did was paint in the grout line. Im sure (I hope) he used a better product because I paid much more for the job, than I did for this touch-up pen. He used his with a with a thin brush and a small paint can. I had some tiles on my bathroom wall that I didnt include in his job. Im glad I didnt. I was able to use this pen for the little bit I needed in the shower. I wouldnt say its what Id use for an entire bathroom, but for some touch-up around a toilet or shower, I think it was just right. Its like an acrylic marker pen. You shake and push down to eject the paint. * I write reviews to let you know how this product was for me. and to aid you in making your decision, to buy or not buy.

> 3 dayI followed the directions and the tip wore out before i could finish my project, rendering the pen and remaining paint useless.
