> 3 dayI really liked the pen when I did the first 3 square feet of tile. However it is not long lasting. It started to dry out after I had done only 1/4th of my countertops and once it was drier, the tip frayed. I liked it enough to buy a another to finish the kitchen however the second did not allow ink to flow as smoothly as the first. It didn’t cover the grout well like the first 1/4th of the kitchen and frayed even faster.

> 3 dayThe only issue I have is the brush wore out too soon, but it did work very well, and I had to go over the grout twice. I may purchase another or see if they offer a new brush.

15-11-2024Does exactly what its advertised to do but make sure you actually have WHITE grout before using it, otherwise your results will be freakishly bright. Wish they made these in other colors, like pale grey and beige...

> 3 dayI wasnt even finished touching up the relatively few areas of grout that had mildew stains in my small shower, and the tip became frayed and was impossible to get a precise application and even get more solution out of the tube. Update: After I submitted this review, the company contacted me right away, apologized, and wanted me to be happy with the purchase. The rep, Ashley, explained how to use the product to avoid the issues I had. If only I had known those instructions beforehand! She also refunded me the purchase price AND said shed send me replacement tips. What incredible customer service! I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Greater than one weekWorked great to make my front entry tiles looks brand new. Only issue I had was that the end of the marker got really soft really fast. Because grout is pretty rough the end of the marker got soft and flimsy pretty quickly making it hard to make straight lines and hard to get the grout to coat well. Otherwise was a great product overall.

> 3 dayInitially I had trouble getting the pen to work. After a bit, I was able to get it going. Hopefully now that I have used one and know what to do to get it started the next one will work even better

> 3 dayWe have an original bathroom floor (built 1950s) with 1 tile. We have not been able to keep the grout clean, so I thought I would give the grout pen a try. 1. It works, as you can see in the pictures. 2. Because of the amount of grout, I had to buy seven pens to get to the second picture. I bought three more to finish it off which I have yet to do. 3. This is time-consuming work. Because the grout was wider than the pen, I had to go over each grout line several times. 4. The pen is frustrating. It starts off working well, then it needs priming which smashes the tip so you no longer have a fine line. This worked for me because my grout was wider than the pen tip, but it would be hard to keep a fine line otherwise. I finally started priming with my fingers to try to keep the pointed tip, but that only worked for a while. I even flipped the pen tip to try to keep the fine line, but eventually both ends were smashed. 5. It was really hard to know if there was more grout in the pen, so I may have thrown away pens that still had grout, but it wasnt coming out, so I tossed the pen. I see this as a temporary solution, but I am thrilled with how my floor looks. I am not sure how long the grout will hold up, but this is good for now.
