> 3 dayLove this set up. If you value your digits this is a must. I have been using for almost a year and have not had a single issue. It always grips and it always stays where you need it.

> 3 dayI am a woodworker and I love my table saw. No other tool is as versatile or as easy to use. A little maintenance and it can sit up and do tricks for you. A table saw can rip, cross cut. You can use a variety of blade included dado blades. You can cut at an angle to obtain perfect ovals in your wood. You can use it to slice wood a thousand ways, segmenting and layering. In short, a wood shop is only as good as its table saw. But for all the years Ive used a table saw, I am still nervous when using it. I know it will do its best to cut through everything, including me and I am the common element to every project that I work on. Ive never been cut on a table saw (I was cut on a jointer but thats a different tool.) A wood shop instructor will tell you the way to avoid cuts is to use with a push stick or table feed. I find the Grr-Ripper does the job of all these accessories and more and with a little planning, it works safely, effectively and will serve a variety of functions. The Grr-Ripper (have to get used to that name) holds down a piece to the table, while providing leverage to move the piece through and past the blade. It will prevent kickback and by aligning its channel with the blade, it will make sure that whatever the cut, it can accomodate it. my only problem with it (Ive owned a couple at this point) is that I needed two and I only ever owned one (thanks, friends, for borrowing them). This kit comes with two and I cannot recommend it strongly enough. Whatever the level of your saw, from a simple one blade to a versatile serious saw, the Grr-Ripper will make your cuts cleaner, safer and better. I give the Grr-Ripper my highest possible recommend, made only better by what is included with this specific kit. If you are considering, please proceed, I believe you will be both well pleased and well served by it.

> 3 dayWhat’s not to like? They do exactly what I bought them for...to give me complete control of the piece I’m cutting and keep my fingers in tact. Great product so far.

Greater than one weekAssembly takes about an hour. I know this bc he who said he couldnt be bothered playing with this on his one day off, immediately tore into it like a kid on Christmas. I left for work and was updated on his progress via text. So you should know, if youre the kind of person who thinks you can figure something out, without all those pesky pieces of paper, you may think youre missing parts. Youre not. There is an addendum piece of paper to the original instructions, using new joining pieces that make assembly a breeze with all the right parts. For something so simple, it surprisingly should be a safety staple with every table saw. If youre in the business, you inevitably have heard a horrifying table saw story. This plastic handle is quite easy to grip, giving control, without sacrificing razor close cuts. Didnt think there would be a need for the 2 identical sets that come with this pack but one immediately found a home in the garage work station & the other in the truck to travel to the jobsite. All the pieces are individually packaged like you pulled them off a retail shelf & arrive in one large labeled box. Hes a carpenter and has a completely rational brain so while Tools make his eyes light up, unproven new gadgets rarely make an impression. His direct quote after trying out the Micro Jig GGG-RIPPER was This (Thing) is Dope, only he didnt say Thing but, as this is not a jobsite, I can not use his colorful language, if you know what I mean. But if youre wondering if this is worth the hearty price tag, I guess it depends what your fingers are worth to you It was worth it to the man, who is slowly investing in Festool to have the best.

> 3 dayPerhaps a bit over designed, I had to resist the temptation to just grab a push stick. I has two of GRR-RIPPERs and now leave each of them in a most often used setup position.

Greater than one weekI love having 2 just like the videos show, so you can do long pieces. I also prefer using these over sticks, shoes, or whatever else youre using to push your work through. These offer way more control and theres a reason pretty much every youtuber uses these. I love using them on thin stock too to keep it against the table. Pretty much a must have for a table saw, I wouldnt feel safe using anything else these days. Only reason I took a star away is because the kit has stuff Ill probably never use but I guess its ok to have.

Greater than one weekMust have tool in the shop. I like that it keeps your hand away from danger. I used to make push sticks from scraps and doesnt give me enough leverage to hold the wood from drfting.

> 3 dayDespite the somewhat high price tag and plastic components this is not a toy. It is a worthy tool and safety system. There is so much adjustability that this system can account for. Yes it does have many pieces and there is a learning curve to getting good with it, but it is worth it. The high friction pads are exactly that. They have excellent grip and create a secure hold and push system. This double pack has enough components to get you up and running to handle a lot of different stocks and cuts. Crosscuts and rips are easier to accomplish on odd shaped stock. Combine this with a SawStop and youve got a really good safety system in place. 5 stars.

> 3 dayYes, they are expensive. But losing a finger would be more expensive. Buying these was the best investment Ive made in safety equipment. I love these. Aside from the safety reasons for getting them, I find that my cuts have less blade burns. I am able to keep a better feed rate on the workpiece. And thin cuts are a breeze. Definitely, a must have for my shop.
