just as the add said good wire no problems

not 18 gauge. 22 gauge at the most twisted the wire measures 27 thousandths. 18 gauge solid wire is 40 thousandths. without slapping together a wheatstone bridge to get an exact measurement, my guess is this is between 24 and 22 gauge.
