Greater than one weekOur soon-to-be three granddaughter is an Elmo fan - she has the plush Elmo and the Elmo chair - so sometimes when we are Face-Timing her, Ill put puppet Elmo on the phone and she LOVES it. I cant wait to teach her how to make Elmo talk. Great puppet, great toy. Well Done!

Greater than one weekThis is a very sturdy, machine washable hand puppet. My 2 yo loves it and is able to use it fairly well. Its a little awkward to use the mouth and arms at the same time. Even someone with MUCH larger hands couldnt slide their fingers into the puppets arms and use the mouth at the same time. But still very cute, and my daughter loooooooves it!

> 3 dayI bought the GUND ELMO HAND PUPPET as well as the BIG BIRD PUPPET and immediately started walking around talking like ELMO and having a blast. The puppets were for my 18 month old granddaughters and I hadnt seen them for awhile so I thought it would be a nice ice breaker when they saw me again. The quality of the puppets is excellent. I dont really understand some of the other reviews that say that it is hard to fit your hand in the head of the puppets. I have large hands for a woman and they fit perfectly. The more you use the puppets the more supple the rubber mouths become and that in turn will allow the mouths to eventually open even wider. I had no probems with that feature. I have to say ELMO is my favorite Sesame Street character so it was hard to say good-bye when the girls left with my, I mean their, new friend. The exterior is made from very soft fabric which does not molt or fall off and the eyes and nose are strongly adhered to the face. Just make sure every so often that the eyes, in particular, are firmly attached for saftey, especially for toddlers. After seeing both ELMO and BIG BIRD I would not hesitate to order the other GUND SESAME STREET characters and possibly buy another ELMO for my very own. (Some of us never really grow up.)

> 3 dayI bought this and another hand puppet with the lofty hopes of being able to entertain my 1-year-old grandson with them, at some point. As they arrived, they look and feel like you would expect, accurately depicting the character. The problem lies inside the mouth of the puppets. For whatever reason, they are made with a huge amount of resistance in the mouth (where your hand goes, to make it talk). Im a grown man, and had a huge amount of difficulty getting the mouth to look open. There was a HUGE amount of resistance here. I would think that if something were designed to be used as a puppet, they would test it a bit to make sure you could open and close the mouth easily. If this were a stuffed animal, it would be almost a full score. It looks like the character. However, as a puppet, I was very disappointed.

> 3 dayBought this for our grandson. He loves it! It’s so soft, excellent quality, and follows it with his eyes. I’m sure it will be loved for many years.

> 3 dayLooks like Cookie Monster. Soft, durable and generally as good as I could have hoped. If your hands are large enough and you have finger dexterity, you can move the mouth and arms simultaneously.
