I wasnt expecting how the peppermint would taste. It isnt super strong, but it definitely tastes like raw peppermint. Kind of gives me a headache. You just have to get used to it as time goes on. But overall, this product is great! It keeps your breath fresh all day. So far, I havent noticed and increase of whiteness to my teeth, but I havent been using this that long. I definitely feel cleaner and more hygienic. I recommend this for sure, and especially if you are wanting to lean towards holistic health.

I can not say enough good things about this. My dentist said I was getting gum disease and had a lot of inflammation (even with regular flossing). I found this and thought I would try, within 6 months of using a few times a week I was about to complete reverse any damage that was occurring and get a perfectly clear bill of health.

Once I got this, I realized that it was going to go so quickly. Now I just use regular coconut oil. A lot better value.
