> 3 dayOk so I’ve used this for months now and I love it. However, I usually buy it from Walmart but they were sold out so I ordered from here and it arrived damaged and messy. I threw it away immediately, trying to save the floors, but didn’t think about keeping it for return. Amazon came through for me so I didn’t lose out and the pulling oil works so well that I’m still here to praise it.

> 3 dayThe taste was something you have to use to, especially when youre not used to swishing oil around in your mouth. Needless to say, this product works! I notice a new level of freshness every time I use this mouthwash. I swish it around before brushing, and it provides a deeper clean for me while proceeding to brush. I definitely recommend implementing oil pulling into your brushing routine if you don’t feel like you get a good clean while only brushing.

> 3 daySince purchasing, I have seen improvement and teeth whitening. The taste is not so great but as long as you are consistent you should see results. Remember do not spit in the drains.

> 3 dayI’ve been wanting to start oil pulling for a bit so I tried just regular coconut oil and it 100% made me gag. The taste and consistency wasn’t for me so I tried this instead. I like this sooooo much better. It doesn’t have a strong taste but can taste the peppermint in it for sure. It’s easier to swish too since it’s already liquid form.
