I’m going to preface this by saying I can’t tell you for sure whether or not it works as I was only able to use it two times. The first time was alright, it doesn’t taste bad but the consistency just grosses me out. I was able to keep it in my mouth for about 10 minutes, the recommended time on the box. I used it before brushing and I feel like it did make my mouth feel cleaner! I tried it again a couple days later and upon smelling it I could just hardly get it in my mouth. I was gagging at the scent of it and I don’t gag for anything. Again, it doesn’t taste or smell bad but it feels like you’re swishing around vegetable oil in your mouth. Your lips get all oily, it’s just downright nasty. I could only keep it in my mouth for about 15 seconds that time and decided I would never do as much as look at the bottle ever again. I just can’t do it. I care immensely about my oral health and want to do everything to maintain it but this stuff is just unbearable to me. I do use the tongue scraper though.

Once I got this, I realized that it was going to go so quickly. Now I just use regular coconut oil. A lot better value.

I’m not giving 5 starts because it tastes gross. Other then the taste when I get done brushing my teeth afterwards my mouth and breathe are extremely fresh. I’ve only used a couple of times but so far it’s worth it.

I’ve used a product similar to this brand before & it’s worked in the past. I’ve had this for a week, the inflammation seems to have gone down and plaque is coming off more so than brushing alone. The tounge scraper is a bonus! Helps get rid of any built up way in the back. Embarrassing but my parents didn’t take me routinely to a dentist as a kid, so as an adult I’ve not gone really at all unless I had a toothache. Unfortunately have lost some teeth & some are broken so using this product has helped to keep the inflammation down & any major issues kept away.

Only been using four days and can tell an immediate difference!

Wanted to try mainly for the teeth whitening . I couldn’t start out at 20 minutes . I started at 2 minutes and have worked myself up to 10 . I could immediately notice the difference in the shade of my teeth from the first use. The taste is not bad. And it leaves a long freshness in your mouth .

I’ve noticed a huge difference in my teeth. It really whitens them.

Since purchasing, I have seen improvement and teeth whitening. The taste is not so great but as long as you are consistent you should see results. Remember do not spit in the drains.
