> 3 dayI know overall it’s helped my oral hygiene, my mouth instantly feels fresh and clean after I’ve used the pulling oil my only complaint would be that I was hoping it would whiten my teeth but it didn’t help too much with that.

> 3 dayOk so I’ve used this for months now and I love it. However, I usually buy it from Walmart but they were sold out so I ordered from here and it arrived damaged and messy. I threw it away immediately, trying to save the floors, but didn’t think about keeping it for return. Amazon came through for me so I didn’t lose out and the pulling oil works so well that I’m still here to praise it.

> 3 dayI bought this after a friend recommended it. I wasnt sure what to expect because I hadnt done oil pulling before, but I was pleasantly surprised. Ive been trying to find something gentle to whiten my super sensitive teeth for years, and Ive definitely noticed a difference. The texture was also a surprise, its not super thick at all, but Ive noticed it does thicken a little when youre swishing it for longer periods. I like that it comes with a cup to measure how much youre using, and the tongue scraper is a nice bonus too. I did only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the box came kind of beat up and taped shut. I plan to buy another bottle once I run out though!
