17-04-2025You advertised these bits at being .25. That is supposed to mean 1/4 inch displacement. Now I dont know what you where figuring when you advertised them at .25%. Dont worry I have written your company name down on my desk and I wont make the mistake of purchasing anything else from you people. Bill

> 3 dayThese Hakko tips will fit the iron on the generic black box soldering iron/hot air gun combo from China (they usually are labeled as 853D - mine is) and work WAY better than the original tips. They heat evenly, even out to the tip, and make soldering work a fair bit easier. Just make sure you get a brass curl cleaning station to clean/tin the tips and use it to re-tin the tip every time so it stays in excellent condition.

> 3 dayActual Hakko brand tips will run you a bit more money than the generics, but perform much better. I own a Hakko-FX888D and I always have issues using cheap tips from china, but these work wonderfully. Definitely worth the extra money.

> 3 dayCheaper than Milwaukee, so I cant say how long they will last. Hako is a premium brand, however, so I anticipate long service.

> 3 dayGot the cheap knockoffs they didn’t work very well.

> 3 dayYou cant use them without buying a B3730 cap nut for around $7.00 which is sold separately by Amazon.

> 3 dayThese are OEM tips. I wouldnt use knock offs as most likely they would not be manufactured to the same standards as Hakko.
