So, it definitely doesnt get too stuck on you, but the down side is that I think its not quite sticky enough to do what most people use athletic tape for - holding the skin for pain relief. It will come off way too easy if you try to tape a bit of skin with it. If you just want to tape something together without the tape sticking permanently, but want something tougher than scotch tape, this is pretty good. I just cant really use it for athletic tape because it doesnt hold to skin very well.

I used the tape for my fingers because they dry up really bad when it’s cold. Before I just dealt with my skin cracking but this tape made beach volleyball possible for me to enjoy. Now, I don’t have to worry about my hand getting cut each time I hit the ball. Absolutely love this product. The tape especially held up with all the sand and sweat that I normally put my hands through! Will be purchasing again in the future!

I work long 12 hour shifts and I’m quite literally on my feet for nearly all of it besides my 30 minute “lunch” breaks and other short breaks so I’ve succumbed to having really bad arches and plantar fasciitis. I’ve tried absolutely everything I could think of to get rid of the pain. Patches, icing, stretches everyday, plantar socks, etc. and although they do help somewhat, I was still lacking the support I needed as the patches would slip and slide everywhere. I came across a TikTok of an athletic trainer taping up someone’s feet for plantar fasciitis and thought I would give it a go. Saw this as Amazon’s choice and decided to try it out. Well after 12 hour shifts on my feet all day, it held up pretty well and provided a ton of support for my plantar fasciitis and arches of my feet. It didn’t give me any sort of allergic reaction (surprising because I have sensitive skin) and was really durable. I taped up my feet along with some patches and plantar socks and it really helped out. Overall, 10/10 if you need extra support for your feet! Update: Since this review, after regular use of this for 2 ish weeks, I’ve developed an allergic reaction to the tape. It’s really unfortunate because it did help with my arches. Definitely wish it worked for me but due to the allergic reaction, I will have to give this 3 stars.

Very effective

I use these to wrap my shin guards in soccer. Have used Mueller tape for years. Thats my standard. These are the same size and general look, but the weave of the tape is a little looser, which is only a visual thing as far as I can tell. I take 1 star off because the tape isnt very sticky. Its not like it fails, but the last 1-2 inches always comes off during the game, leaving a little tongue hanging off. If conditions were wet, Im sure theyd come all the way off. Maybe this feature would be good if I used this on my skin for an ankle wrap or the like, but if you use it on top of a sock, expect it to come off a bit. The good news is that the tape doesnt leave a residue when I take it off and taking it off is almost too easy.

This is the best tape I have used in a long time. It’s nice and wide, has good adhesion, easy to tear without using a scissor and really stays on. It also comes off easily when you want to remove it. I use it on my feet for some old injuries that continue to plague me. Also appreciate you get 15 feet in a roll. This is a product I will continue to buy and recommend highly!
