> 3 dayThis tape is better than many other tapes Ive tried; however, if you have hyperhidrosis, dont expect it to stay on. I used it in a kickboxing class and it stuck to itself for the most part, but slipped off my skin within about half an hour. All things considered, its a decent tape, but if you are really sweaty, dont expect it to last.

> 3 dayMakes pull-ups a lot easier. I normally use them when I get puffy blisters or something of that sort. It’s going to happen if you do it enough But eventually goes over and don’t get them anymore. Good grip and reliable.

> 3 dayAs a boxer, besides our wraps and gloves the tape is our best friend. It protects our fingers from the constant beating we give to the mitts and heavy bag. Before stumbling this tape my fingers were aching non stop and at certain times it went down to my bones. It wasnt about proper wrapping techniques but, because I wasnt using tape to properly let me rehab my fingers. Ever since I purchased the tape and started taping my fingers, I was able to continue my training (4x per week) and feel no discomfort whatsoever, none. Thanks to this tape I can keep on training worry free. When it comes to comfort, you hardly notice your fingers are taped up, the adhesive properties are also incredible. I wash my hands when I have I on and I see no change in loosening up, Its a top notch product. A 3 pack for $9.99 is definitely a steal, Im still on my first roll. I highly recommend this tape to anyone who boxes and who has finger issues due to injuries.

> 3 dayI use this tape on both ankles when I play soccer, and they withstand activity way better than any wrap or tape Ive bought in the store. They dont rub up against my heel, and they can be tight enough to support without cutting off circulation. Already bought a second round :)

Greater than one weekMy daughter’s ankle is prone to injury, so she applies this tape before every practice/scrimmage/game as insurance against problems. This specific brand was recommended to us by a hardcore female gymnast who, by her words, “has tried them all.” While waiting for the tape to arrive for the first time, we picked up another product off-the-shelf at Walmart. That stuff did not stay in place, and my daughter ended up taking it off at halftime. On the other hand, she has now been using this tape about 20 different sporting events and it has never failed her. It goes on easily, stays perfectly in place, provides stability, and comes off easily and cleanly. What more could you want? One recommendation: This has nothing to do with this specific product, but if you are not sure quite how to apply tape for your specific injury or issue, go to YouTube and look it up. They methodology of applying the tape properly is even more important than the tape itself.

Greater than one weekI rolled my ankle pretty badly and used this tape post-recovery to reduce inversion and ankle-bite risk. This stuff is good. Use at least three layers on angles you want to protect that will take high impact. On a post-recovery stiff ankle I could land 540 kick and Cheat 720+ without feeling risky. Watch videos on how to tape, though. Dont be an idiot and expect a couple strips of anything to help or youre just asking for a hospital bill.
