> 3 dayAfter using eucalyptus-infused blue tape, I decided to use something different, and this one popped up. Good things: * I love that I can rip it with my hand half-asleep in the morning, no scissors needed. Be careful not to fray though (more later) * Very easy to remove, no sticky residue, doesnt pull your skin * Easy to put on, conforms to the palm contours very well * Just one layer is good enough for me, your mileage may vary Now the more questionable parts that you can address: * if frayed when you put it on, it may bother you at the edges as on your inside hand rubs on the handle. So, be careful. It is easy to do it right, just pay attention. * A drawback may show up when it gets wet with the lake water splash as you row. I noticed that the outside hand remains in good condition while the inside hand starts losing its adhesion due to rotation. It irritated me first time I used it (incorrectly, I figured out later). I think there is remedy by cutting it longer and wrapping the tape all around the hand instead of just putting it on the palm, though I havent yet tried (next week).

> 3 dayI tape my foot for plantar fasciitis. I’ve use Johnson and Johnson for years. This tape leaves residue and does not stay adhered after showering. The J and J cloth tape doesn’t have either of those failings.

Greater than one weekI use this tape on both ankles when I play soccer, and they withstand activity way better than any wrap or tape Ive bought in the store. They dont rub up against my heel, and they can be tight enough to support without cutting off circulation. Already bought a second round :)

> 3 dayIf youre thinking about using this for climbing dont bother. It sticks to the finger fine initially but has far less grip to it than Leukotape or Johnson & Johnson sport tape. If youre taping because your skin is beat then you want all the friction you can get and this simply doesnt provide it.

> 3 dayEs fácil de cortar y de usar, sin embargo hace falta algo de adherencia, pero no deja rastro al quitarla!!! Muy aceptable

> 3 dayI work long 12 hour shifts and I’m quite literally on my feet for nearly all of it besides my 30 minute “lunch” breaks and other short breaks so I’ve succumbed to having really bad arches and plantar fasciitis. I’ve tried absolutely everything I could think of to get rid of the pain. Patches, icing, stretches everyday, plantar socks, etc. and although they do help somewhat, I was still lacking the support I needed as the patches would slip and slide everywhere. I came across a TikTok of an athletic trainer taping up someone’s feet for plantar fasciitis and thought I would give it a go. Saw this as Amazon’s choice and decided to try it out. Well after 12 hour shifts on my feet all day, it held up pretty well and provided a ton of support for my plantar fasciitis and arches of my feet. It didn’t give me any sort of allergic reaction (surprising because I have sensitive skin) and was really durable. I taped up my feet along with some patches and plantar socks and it really helped out. Overall, 10/10 if you need extra support for your feet! Update: Since this review, after regular use of this for 2 ish weeks, I’ve developed an allergic reaction to the tape. It’s really unfortunate because it did help with my arches. Definitely wish it worked for me but due to the allergic reaction, I will have to give this 3 stars.

> 3 dayThe tape is easy to tear. But it does not stick to my skin very well. That’s my skin. Someone else may not have the same problem.

> 3 dayThis tape does not tear easily. You need a pair of sissors.
