> 3 dayCould be much better but in a pinch it works. It didnt stick or grip that long, especially once any moisture hit it. I used to wrap my arch and it did help but wasnt impressed.

> 3 dayI needed this to wrap an ankle that tends to roll and the reviews were positive. In addition to this product I purchased the Tuf Skin spray and pre-wrap. I find this tapes adhesion to be excellent, maybe even TOO good. It can be a tiny bit sticky from roll to roll, resulting in a small bit of wasted tape. But I like its strength and thickness and in 98% of cases, very easy to rip. Removing the tape is relatively easy with a good pair of scissors. My young athlete indicates that the wrap provides good stability and security. I dont feel like it takes a ton of this tape to provide a great ankle taping, making it a great option. It comes in a pack of 3 and, at 5 ankle wraps per week, the 3 rolls last me roughly 2 weeks. I see comparable brands at competitive prices but I think this provides a bit more linear feet and it has proven itself to be a good purchase that Ive repeated several times. Overall happy with this product, only complaints being that it can be a bit sticky, which makes it harder to rip, creating a bit of twisting.

Greater than one weekIt holds very well. It does take a bit of effort to get it off, but that just means it stays in place better. I like it

09-06-2025I like using this tape for my foot to keep the swelling down and provide stability. It would probably be good for preventing blisters also. It sticks very well yet isn’t that hard to get off. This tape doesn’t stretch very much though, so depending on what you are using it for, you wouldn’t want to wrap it too tight.

Greater than one weekI rolled my ankle pretty badly and used this tape post-recovery to reduce inversion and ankle-bite risk. This stuff is good. Use at least three layers on angles you want to protect that will take high impact. On a post-recovery stiff ankle I could land 540 kick and Cheat 720+ without feeling risky. Watch videos on how to tape, though. Dont be an idiot and expect a couple strips of anything to help or youre just asking for a hospital bill.
