Greater than one weekThis steamer is a decent product for cleaning small surfaces around the home. It gets pretty hot but the spout is so small that you have to get right upon the surface to get results. Some of the tools are useless and it doesnt hold enough water to get the job done without constantly refilling it. It takes about 10 mins of cool down before you can get the cap off to refill it. But if you are patient it will do the job.

10-06-2025I tried this out on my bathroom radiator and it did a great job of blasting out dust devils and melting through grime. The reservoir is not that large, but water=weight and I wouldn’t want it any heavier considering that you must hold both the unit in your hand and the release button down with your thumb to make it work, all while controlling the direction of the steam. It seems at least one reviewer thought a safety feature was a product defect: It’s true, you can’t open the cap to refill the reservoir until the unit cools down. This takes longer than you might wish if you’re eager to get back to steaming, but just as you wouldn’t want it any heavier, when the cap does release and you observe the temperature of the metal inside, you definitely wouldn’t want it any hotter. Stick it in the freezer for a few minutes if you want to speed things up. Subtracting one star for a bait-and-switch marketing ploy that accompanied the unit. I received no recompense for this review.

Greater than one weekI got this in June and was very pleased with the cleaning power it had. When filled with water, it can be a little cumbersome to maneuver around and my thumb sometimes got tired holding down the on button. The reason for 2 stars is that it stopped spraying/working. It gets hot and powers on, but if I push the button, it doesn’t spray at all. I’m very sad about that.

> 3 dayI have tried it 2-3 times already. Very easy to use. Fill the container with water and let it heat up. Once the light turns off it is ready to use. When using it, it lasts for about 8 minutes. Once the cap is safe to remove, it will no longer spin. The only downfall is that it hurts my thumb when using it. You have to push down the entire time when in use, so it tends to get sore after using it continuously. Its an okay product, I would recommend.

> 3 dayThe handheld steamer was easy to use as far as spraying water and filling it up but, I bought this product because it advertised 245 F steam and it doesnt live up to the marketing. I first tested a wall tile by spraying the steam at it and immediately touched the surface and it was cold and wet. I did this a couple of times till I was certain its just not heated up enough then, I said F it and tried to spray my arm at a distance of about 12 inches to begin with and slowly moved the steam as close as I could before it became uncomfortable. I was able to get almost to the tip before it kind of felt like a hot steamy shower, Im guessing? Maybe were supposed to put boiling water in the device who knows? The quick start guide didnt mention the temperature of the water to be used. Have to return because I have no use for a glorified spray bottle.
