> 3 dayI tried this out on my bathroom radiator and it did a great job of blasting out dust devils and melting through grime. The reservoir is not that large, but water=weight and I wouldn’t want it any heavier considering that you must hold both the unit in your hand and the release button down with your thumb to make it work, all while controlling the direction of the steam. It seems at least one reviewer thought a safety feature was a product defect: It’s true, you can’t open the cap to refill the reservoir until the unit cools down. This takes longer than you might wish if you’re eager to get back to steaming, but just as you wouldn’t want it any heavier, when the cap does release and you observe the temperature of the metal inside, you definitely wouldn’t want it any hotter. Stick it in the freezer for a few minutes if you want to speed things up. Subtracting one star for a bait-and-switch marketing ploy that accompanied the unit. I received no recompense for this review.

> 3 dayThe handheld steamer was easy to use as far as spraying water and filling it up but, I bought this product because it advertised 245 F steam and it doesnt live up to the marketing. I first tested a wall tile by spraying the steam at it and immediately touched the surface and it was cold and wet. I did this a couple of times till I was certain its just not heated up enough then, I said F it and tried to spray my arm at a distance of about 12 inches to begin with and slowly moved the steam as close as I could before it became uncomfortable. I was able to get almost to the tip before it kind of felt like a hot steamy shower, Im guessing? Maybe were supposed to put boiling water in the device who knows? The quick start guide didnt mention the temperature of the water to be used. Have to return because I have no use for a glorified spray bottle.

> 3 dayI found that the Instruction manual was very vague on the usage of this product. It didnt instruct on assembly to use the squeegee/towel sleeve/general spray nozzle, or which parts to use for other purposes and their assembly. I used the measuring cup which goes from 50 mL up to 150 mL and the complete fill amount is 175 mL. It instructs not to overfill which can be done if estimating 25mL and then the 150mL. It started to have very little steam so I assumed it was almost empty which it was not. You then need to wait until the unit completely cools to open the Safety valve which is time consuming.

> 3 dayWorks surprisingly well! The only reason I docked a star is because it doesn’t hold a lot of water and you can’t refill it while it’s hot so each time it runs out of water you have to let it cool down, refill it, and let it heat up again. It took me 3 refills to do a king size mattress.

> 3 dayThis little steamer gave my couch a very deep clean and brought it back to life. At first, I wasnt sure if the stains would disappear, but when the couch dried up, the outcome was that of when I first purchased it. I also decided to try it on my carpet. My carpet is a cream color, so I was able to have a clear visual of the before and after. It cleaned the carpet very well, similar to the results of getting it cleaned by a steaming company.

> 3 dayThis Handheld Pressurized Steam Cleaner is a great choice for deep cleaning. It takes a bit longer to heat up than other cleaners, but the long cord is a nice feature. The pressure could be higher, but the attachments that are included with the unit are a great bonus. Cleaning was effective and the attachments made it easier to get into hard-to-reach places. One unit was purchased and it is recommended that others may find it useful.

> 3 dayThe refill process makes this more of a haste if your using it to clean, it’s good for small areas.
