> 3 daySimple and easy to use. Just ordered a second one for my Mom. I see some comments say you have to wait for it to cool off to refill. You dont. You just have to unplug it and hold down the button to release all the pressure before removing the cap. I cleaned my work car cloth seats and test cleaned my rims. Both looked great after. The tank is small but i also understand you have to hold it while using so it couldnt be too heavy.

> 3 dayIt has definitely made my bathroom cleaning chores much easier. Works better than elbow grease with bleach or other cleaning products! I’ve used it mostly on tiles and they do an awesome job. Having used it for several months now, it’s still as powerful as the first day I got it. Read the instructions first! I was in a hurry to use it and didn’t and it can be quite tricky at first if you don’t know what you’re doing and I definitely didn’t know what I was doing. I see a couple of reviews with complaints saying it’s a small tank and I do agree with that however, it’s a pretty hefty product. Not too heavy but it’s not super light either so a bigger water tank would have probably made it difficult for certain people to use it.

> 3 dayI read a bunch of the reviews on this and so I got it with slightly lowered expectations. However after using it for a LOT of things, I have to say Im very impressed. As for it sputtering and spitting out hot water, that seems to only happen when you first start using it as the unit gets the steam through the hose. Lasted a few seconds and then pure, hot, fun-cleaning steam! If you follow the directions, this thing works like a charm. Ive used it on appliances, tile, walls, my truck ... all with great results. The different attachments are great, too. I gunked up one of the brushes pretty good while doing greasy stuff or adhesives, but it was easy to clean and seems like this should last quite a long time. After about 5 minutes I couldnt stop looking for stuff to use it on. You do need to let it cool between refills or you cant remove the cap. A pretty smart safety feature. So that would be my only criticism is that I have to wait for the cool down when Im in a steaming frenzy. (But that may be more of a commentary on my patience. ) Overall, a full tank lasts a pretty good amount of time. For someone who doesnt really like cleaning, this thing is an awesome tool!

> 3 dayThe handheld steamer was easy to use as far as spraying water and filling it up but, I bought this product because it advertised 245 F steam and it doesnt live up to the marketing. I first tested a wall tile by spraying the steam at it and immediately touched the surface and it was cold and wet. I did this a couple of times till I was certain its just not heated up enough then, I said F it and tried to spray my arm at a distance of about 12 inches to begin with and slowly moved the steam as close as I could before it became uncomfortable. I was able to get almost to the tip before it kind of felt like a hot steamy shower, Im guessing? Maybe were supposed to put boiling water in the device who knows? The quick start guide didnt mention the temperature of the water to be used. Have to return because I have no use for a glorified spray bottle.

> 3 dayThe product arrival and its shipment was great but using this product is not even worth the price that is selling. I does have a long cord but the water capacity are very small by the time it boils the water vapor that release already evaporating right before you use it in the second period of time. So you have to refill the water already before you even get into half way of your work. In my bathroom, I was just trying this only on the faucets to clean around it and as I release the button to release the steam it will release and once you start to use it, the container is almost as empty already in very short period of time. So it can reach to surface in the shower if you wanted to use, but if the container evaporated right away before you use it then what is the purpose of that. You have to wait for the container to cool down before you can add water and it is just a waisted time for this wait, then when by the time you add water to it you also have to wait for the light to go off once it is hot or ready to use. It is just ridiculous. In other word, it is just wasted time and wasted money on this and it should be taken off the market for the people keep buying them to waste their money

> 3 daySo I just recently received this item and initially I was impressed by its power which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars but after less than a week of use (approximately 5 days) I was attempting to use it this morning before work only to be met with a unit that no longer heated up. I tried all the suggestions provided in the troubleshooting section of the manual it came with and ended up wasting almost 30 minutes of time that wouldve been better served to getting ready for work. Fortunately I made it in with minutes to spare but still. Im disappointed as this would be a great product otherwise. I havent yet reached out to the company but I will update you what happens. I will say that while it was working the product did serve its purpose very well in providing a good option to steam clean items. My only other issues is that the unit does not allow for single-hand use so if youre looking to use it on maybe clothing for wexsampleyou will have to hang it on something for example as you use the unit, also there doesnt seem to be a turn off option aside from unplugging when done nor does there seem to be an auto-shutoff feature.

Greater than one weekFirst off in order to have cleaner steam spray I suggest you use distilled water. That way you will not have calcium build up if you use it on clothes. I like that this steamer has a wand for steaming clothes which is the main reason I got it for. The steamer is really good for cleaning as well I used it for my shower which has hard water build up. Overal Im happy with the product.

> 3 dayI got this in June and was very pleased with the cleaning power it had. When filled with water, it can be a little cumbersome to maneuver around and my thumb sometimes got tired holding down the on button. The reason for 2 stars is that it stopped spraying/working. It gets hot and powers on, but if I push the button, it doesn’t spray at all. I’m very sad about that.

> 3 dayWhile it does perform well for what it is, face it: no steamer is going to perform like the ones sold on TV. Why not? It seem theirs will remove any and all stains and gunk with limited effort. In real life, no. On TV they fake up grease build up and moldy showers using crap like dried dark corn syrup - anything that will melt away quickly. I bought this hoping against hope it would work well on a badly neglected shower in some rental property but, no go. It was largely a waste of time an effort. Will have to turn to other brushes and commercial cleaners and lots of elbow grease. Im not saying this steamer is without merit. If used consistently before things get badly out of hand, it would probably work just nicely. It just cant resurrect the dead and neither could the TV units either.
