> 3 dayThis stream cleaner is amazing, Ive used it to clean my window sills and patio door slider. My patio sliding door was sticking and using this cleaner made it slide so easy, no more sticking. I cant wait to use it on the tiny crevices like under my shower door and my baseboards. I was going to get the Bissell steam cleaner but this thing works amazing so Im happy I got it instead.

> 3 dayFor 7 weeks the product was great. It was my favorite cleaning tool, until it suddenly stopped working in the middle of use. I searched the owners pamphlet for warranty information; only to discover that such information did not exist. Per the product web page I contacted the seller and received a response within the requisite 48 hours. The seller politely asked me to make sure I didnt use more than 250ml of water. I responded stating that I only filled the reservoir with 175ml of water and that I practiced all the recommended troubleshooting procedures for 2 days before contacting the seller. My response is a week old now and I have not heard from the seller again. I recommend purchasing a name brand with a good reputation for backing their product if you are bothered about throwing your money away. Update: the seller eventually decided to refund my purchase; therefore I have increased my star review.

> 3 dayI purchased this steam cleaner to help my wife get a nice down deep cleaning around the house. And i will say, this little unit produces and incredible amount of steam. Once the water is filled, in minutes the steam is ready for use, its light and versatile. The accessories that are given will pretty much cover your majority of your everyday cleaning. As we were steam cleaning the kitchen on the grout lines and the crevices of the sink and oven, the heat and pressure forced out some nasty hard to clean places. I was pretty impress how much steam it can produced. The only draw back for this item that i can see is that it doesn’t have an indicator/clear window to show you how much water is left inside. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and cant wait to to keep my house even cleaner than before, a great tool to have.

> 3 dayLike other reviewers said, the cap doesn’t open for a significant amount of time to refill. I tried all the methods including unplugging and letting out excess steam. I even waited 10 minutes at least. Bottom line is, until the steamer cools down over 15+ minutes, you can’t refill. Worse yet, the fill container isn’t clear. So you don’t even entirely know how much you can top off since you can’t see it!! Mine spilled over while topping off, then once the steamer started to warm up, water started leaking from the cap, since obviously water expands as it heats. I should have packed it away the moment I saw the first page of the manual started with FAQS about the top not opening, rather then the instructions of actually how to use the product, which was about pages 3 or 4 I believe. Don’t waste your time or money and go with another brand.

Greater than one weekThe refill process makes this more of a haste if your using it to clean, it’s good for small areas.

20-11-2024Hot Hot Hot | This is a fantastic little unit - gets super hot and comes with a variety of quick-change adapters. I used it to steam and install a carpet kit in my Jeep restoration project, to clean and degrease the forks and tranny case of my 75 Yamaha YZ80, and to sterilize my self-cleaning cat box... (sides and areas not covered by litter occasionally get sprayed). I love this device and although the reservoir seems small, it takes a long time to use all the steam this device creates in a single fill. Highly recommend for anyone who needs nearly instant steam for clothes, cleaning, sterilizing, and tough to reach areas! | Hot Hot Hot

> 3 dayThe handheld steamer was easy to use as far as spraying water and filling it up but, I bought this product because it advertised 245 F steam and it doesnt live up to the marketing. I first tested a wall tile by spraying the steam at it and immediately touched the surface and it was cold and wet. I did this a couple of times till I was certain its just not heated up enough then, I said F it and tried to spray my arm at a distance of about 12 inches to begin with and slowly moved the steam as close as I could before it became uncomfortable. I was able to get almost to the tip before it kind of felt like a hot steamy shower, Im guessing? Maybe were supposed to put boiling water in the device who knows? The quick start guide didnt mention the temperature of the water to be used. Have to return because I have no use for a glorified spray bottle.

> 3 dayI have tried it 2-3 times already. Very easy to use. Fill the container with water and let it heat up. Once the light turns off it is ready to use. When using it, it lasts for about 8 minutes. Once the cap is safe to remove, it will no longer spin. The only downfall is that it hurts my thumb when using it. You have to push down the entire time when in use, so it tends to get sore after using it continuously. Its an okay product, I would recommend.
