but once I watched the video on Amazon [with the product], it wasnt bad. The written directions were not thorough enough. Since it wasnt quick and easy, I procrastinated on setting them up. It was super easy after watching the video and only took me a few minutes to get them all online. They are working beautifully with my Alexa, and I will definitely be purchasing more. I love the ability to name each outlet on the plugs. The routines were really easy to set up. Great value for the money!

One of the two did not turn on and would not connect to Wi-Fi or anything. Ended up tossing it in the trash. The other one works awesome. I must have gotten a dud. EDIT: I ordered a second pair and these ones worked perfectly. Using them to turn a lizard light and heater on and off. Light during the day, heat at night. Works great.

i had a hard time setting this up i had to use a different app to make the original app to work. once its set up it works great no problems nor glitches perfect for lights.

I bought this so I could turn the recirculation pump on and off from upstairs. I have to agree with other reviewers...the set up can be a little frustrating. But anyone with decent tech skills can figure it out. It works well with the Alexa app or using voice commands with my Dot. Id say buy this plug if you dont mind a bit of a hassle during install. It was a good price and is working well.

After connecting with HBN app easily integrates with Alexa smart control. I use this to control outside lights and a shop light in my basement. Can easily setup trimmers or arrange to operate based on daylight.

I like that each plug can be used separately. Easy setup and use with Alexa and Smart Life.

Youre better off buying the real Alexa. One of these stopped working within 4 days of installing.

The available app does not work on the current version of Android OS. Luckily I had an old iPad and was able to connect to the plug using the HBN app on it. Buyer beware.

I have my bedside lights controlled with these and all I have to do is tell Alexa to turn on the lights. I had the other one for my Christmas lights. They was easy to set up. Ive had no issues.
