> 24 hourThis item seems to have been returned to Amazon and then reshipped to me. The suitcase was covered with dust and not in plastic, the Delsey product tags were removed found at the bottom of the box, the inside garment ties were undone and twisted, and the shipping box was most likely re-used as you could clearly see where an old shipping sticker was removed. At first glance, I was not feeling good about this purchase..(Look at the Delsey case with the diamond, non-shiny shell. I think you will do much better with that case). The top handle telescopes and wobbles quite a bit as you pull it in its empty state. The wheels on this case are not protected and jut out at a right angle from the case. In the later model Delsey Helium series the wheels are better protected. The case has a nice lining with some netting. Time will tell how this one fares. I would not recommend it. I am guessing that this case will not do well if checked.

> 24 hourIt is light and easy to use. When even full, it still stays under the 50# limit for airlines. TSA a lock is easy to set. Also have the 21in model with same results. Have used both for international travel.

> 24 hourJust took this 25” spinner to Italy for two weeks of racing down cobblestone, bumping up flights of stairs and tossing it onto trains. It did not disappoint. Great wheels, strong zippers and the expanding feature really came in handy. You could spend less or you could spend more on a suitcase… either way you’ll do no better.

> 24 hourThis is one of the most spacious carry-on I came across. Five stars hands down. It is light weight, wheels are smooth. However, have to take off two stars because 1) the pull-up handle feels really flimsy and easy to break, and 2) the inside divider screen has a single zipper pull tab, while all the other hard shell carry-on I have bought (3 of them) have dual pull tabs.

> 24 hourI bought this bag to use as a carry on for a week-long trip overseas. I was very impressed with the quality, durability, and storage space. I was able to fit a week’s worth of cold weather clothes as well as a pair of shoes, small toiletries, and a winter coat. The bag fits perfectly in an overhead bin, even when extended. Due to a packed flight, it was checked during one leg of our travel and got slightly scuffed, but not bad or even noticeable without really looking for it. On my trip, I ended up doing a lot of walking over cobblestone paths and the wheels held up perfectly. It was also drizzly and while the bag itself got a little wet and muddy on the bottom, my stuff inside stayed perfectly dry. Just a quick wipe down with a damp cloth and the bag is good as new again too. All in all, I’m extremely pleased with this purchase.

> 24 hourThis luggage is built to last. The zippers are strong and the front compartment zippers have a locking circle on them. The rear compartment have the TSA locks built in. The only draw back is if you load the front compartment with your laptop care should be taken by counter ballencing with items in the rear compartment. Beautiful & safe.

> 24 hourThis bag is lightweight and maneuverable and holds a ton of stuff. I’m not sure the side mounted TSA lock will hold up because it sticks out and I can see the potential for breaking off if the bag is placed on its side by baggage handlers. I deduct 1 star for one unfortunate flaw: because the material is so smooth, the stickers that are attached carelessly upon airline checkin don’t come off. Don’t even try, you’ll end up with a nasty spot, so it’s easier to just leave the stickers on. Expect your bag to be full of stickers if you travel by plane a lot.

> 24 hourThe handle assembly broke on the 1st use HNL-MUC, which is a long haul flight. Most people arent in the mood to file a damage claim after 24 hrs, so when I got back, Delsey sent me a new handle after some haggling, long story short. I took it to a non-authorized repair center (the nearest authorized one was cost prohibitive) and they showed me that the dimensions were slightly off, probably a different supplier. I took pictures and emailed Delsey the story. No response, so eventually I told the repair guy to just put it on & modify whatever you have to, of course voiding the warranty. Again, long story short, I eventually get an email from Delsey saying that theyll take care of the sitch, and I took the opportunity to mansplain the saga Ive been through. A week later, I get a BRAND NEW suitcase in the mail!!! Hallelujah, after about 4 months. Other than this mess, Delsey came through in the end, and the polycarbonate case and wheels are pretty good quality.

> 24 hourI had to write this review because of the trouble I had in finding an international carry on spinner. The dimensions for international carry on spinners for most airlines are a bit smaller than for domestic airlines in the US which lead to a little confusion in finding the right product for me.
