> 3 dayBought it for my mother-in-law to replace her old luggage. It is extremely light weight and seems to maneuver very well. This is the carry-on, and we bought the matching 29 international checked luggage as well. Its still subject to knicks and dents as a hard shell case, but thats expected when you cant control who handles your luggage once baggage handlers get them. Good quality for the price.

> 3 dayJust got my 25 inch to go along with his brother. I have not used it yet but in arrived intact ( half the battle ) The 29 inch model has been around the world a few times. Scratches / scuffs bit no dents or wheel malfunctions. So hopefully the 25 inch will be just as good. Lot of things in life you get what you pay for. Luggage is one of them.

> 3 dayThis is my third Delsey Helium Aero suitcase -- I now have them in three sizes. I love them! They have traveled to Europe, the Caribbean, and Alaska without sustaining any damage from baggage handlers. I love the expandable part, too, because my clothes never fit back the same way they fit in the suitcase the first time. The wheels are very durable and have been rolled over all sorts of surfaces without mishap. This is a great size for a weekend trip.

> 3 dayWe ordered the 21, 25 and 29 Brushed Charcoal pieces separately as the 3-piece set has been sold out for months and still shows as unavailable with no ETA. I already had a 19 and wanted to complete the set as I have found it to be a great product and what was showing on the website matches my previous piece exactly. There must be different model years within the Amazon stockrooms or being sent from Delsey because you may not get what you are seeing here. The pictures of each of these pieces very clearly show silver spinner wheels and the square Delsey logo. The 25 shipped to us matched the website pics and the 19, but the 21 and 29 arrived with a different round Delsey logo and black wheels. When inquiring about the ability to replace with the exact item as shown on the website, I was told they could not guarantee the item shipped would not also be mismatched. When you spend that kind of money on individual luggage pieces you would expect them to be as advertised.

> 3 dayI purchased this (and a smaller version of the same suitcase) because of the good reviews on maneuverability and how lightweight it is. These qualities are great, but Ive used the bag for about six flights (on an extended international trip I was on), and on THREE of them the zipper opened up. I was able to quickly close it again by unzipping and zipping the bag, and it looked great. However, the zipper continued to come undone. Luckily I use those packing cubes, so I didnt lose anything that Im aware of. I cannot, obviously, use the suitcases anymore. My suitcases were NOT overpacked. I was using the extensions and had plenty of room for my belongings. I cant even imagine why the zippers came undone.

> 3 dayI got this to take on a cruise but it is a bit too big to take on the airplane as checked luggage unless I pay $75. So I ordered the 21 inch and will take it instead. I will keep this one for other trips. I like the Delsey and the hardwire luggage. It has a great look.

> 3 dayI bought expensive Rimowa luggage pieces for a vacation, and they came off the airport conveyor belt after only one leg of a trip very dented with some large bashed in areas and scratches. It was not the lowest price line of Rimowa either, so I was not about to spend a fortune when I needed a few more pieces and repurchase this brand. With weight limits at most carriers capped at 50 lbs per checked bag, I still wanted the lightweight polycarbonate or similar material. Some airlines charge extra for bags sized 30 or more, so I researched bags that were 29 and had all spinner wheels. The expandable feature was a nice bonus as well. The Delsey brand was quite affordable, and I was hesitant to buy, but the reviews were uniformly positive. After a few trips, I have to say i love them, and there are no more dents or scratches than the Rimowa had, but for a lot less money. I will watch the zipper to see if this is the area that could damage, but so far so good.

> 3 dayVery nice looking case with lots of features. However I had to return this one because the PC easy access section takes up about a third of the case however this is only a problem for me if im only bringing bulky items. I was actually hauling around an Xbox and it just takes up too much room in the case. Because one half of the case is already half full cause of the external pocket bring anything bulky like an encyclopedia and now your left with about 1/4 left of case to pack with. But for normal trips its ok but a conventional case is better for hauling around anything bulky or large.

> 3 dayI took this bag and the 19 inch international carry on for a 2 week tour of a few European cities and I cant recommend them enough. Most of the external scratches people are talking about are just paint transfer, but dont expect them to come out totally unscathed. I consider it travel patina, the bags functionality remained as good as the day I bought it after many, many airplanes, trains, stairs, cobbled streets, escalators, and so on and so forth. Love them both!
