> 3 dayOkay, I am flawed to see so many positive reviews on this line of luggage. First off, the zippers are horrible. From day one, I found issues with EVERY external zipper. They all separated. I was able to unzip them and then zip them back up, so there was no residual issues, but a zippers teeth should not separate that easily!! The suitcase was not overstuffed and the expansion zipper was not needed. Still, the zippers all separated.

> 3 dayTravel with a carryon whenever I can. Had a longish trip coming up, though, with many transfers (planes and trains) and many hotel changes. Hate to travel with the bulky, full-sized suitcase sitting in my closet. So, decided to try a 25 incher.

> 3 dayThis is my second purchase of this particular model of suitcase from Delsey. My first purchase was of the blue color (which Ive now given to my newly minted teenager) and I now have ordered the red (for myself). We used them in our first travel since the pandemic and they were perfect. I did notice that the interior on one side is different, for example the blue (older one) has two zippers on the interior zippered side and said zippers are stronger than one the red one (newer one). I sincerely hope Delsey doesnt start skimping on the quality of their product. Nevertheless, I am very happy with both suitcases. We pack consciously and are able to fit one weeks worth of clothes and shoes in each piece. (Specifically, each of us took three pairs of shoes. Kiddo took his water shoes, flipflops, and a pair of sneakers. I took my running shoes, pair of wedge sandals, and my flipflops.)

> 3 dayI bought two for my daughter and I to go to Amsterdam. We could not believe how spacious they were and how light weight. then we loved how easy they were to roll through the airport and up to the check in area. However, upon arriving in Amsterdam, and retrieving our bags, we soon realized that one of my daughters bags wheel sets had collapsed in and was now tilted at a funny angle. It still worked reasonably well, but tipped over if you didnt hold it. There was no way that we were strong enough to pop it back into place.

Greater than one weekThese bags changed the way I feel when I travel. Little bad a bit wobbly when full but wonderful in carryon. very sturdy although they seem to be not. Wheels on both bags went through the worst possible roads and sidewalks pretty easily. cobbles, bricks, stones - all great. They are light weight and very attractive. Great buy and received very quickly. Definitely recommend.

Greater than one weekI am giving this suitcase a 4 star because I havent travelled with it as yet but it seems very sturdy and the handle extension is perfect for short or tall people. Side handle is a must and the built in lock is a bonus. What I am really disappointed in is the fact that I received this suitcase today and would like to order another one and the price has increased by $12. RETURNING cUSTOMERS should be given second item at the sme price or at. DISCOUNT. Thats what customer service is all about. Oh well! Marshals here I come..

Greater than one weekI got two of the medium size Helium suitcases for a trip to Uganda (that I am currently on). One bag, when arrived in Entebbe, lost a wheel lifting it out of the baggage carousel. Not even one day into our trip. The other bag, this morning (day 3) had its lock freeze up and we now need to remove the lock. The bags are pretty and I like the divider system inside. Boy are they light, too -- and that is nice. However, the durability is exceedingly poor. I would suggest those considering Delsey to instead look into Samsonite or other brands that have been around longer. A further note, trying to return or get service is nearly impossible -- there is some pretty obscure paperwork required that I can no longer find and nothing in our Amazon buying record can help. Do yourself a favor and dont buy the Delsey -- look into Samsonite instead.
