Touch free and stays clean, cool and works great.

It was easy to install if you have basic, homeowner plumbing skills. Works good, the sensor is easy to activate. My guests don’t have to wave their hands looking for it.

Great water savor and they work great for commercial or home.

It was working great until the hot water valve stopped (the cold kept working). I reversed the water hose hookups to see if it was an issue with the hoses, but now we have hot water only which is OK in the winter. Well see how long the remaining half of the thermostatic valve lasts.

I installed the faucet in an accessible bathroom. Works well. Very sensitive for the user.

This faucet came on-time and was easy to install. The sensor picks up hands or objects in the right area and the water stream shuts off with no dripping. The water flow is nice and strong and the mixing valve works well to make sure that the water is the temperature that you want. Nice product at a great price!

I purchased close to 40 of these faucets and we are starting to have problems with them and getting no response from the seller SML Products. That is why I am updating my feedback about the product and seller. Seller does not respond and you cant even get parts for the faucets. Dont buy from this seller or this product. The product we received were UpScalet faucets. They looked exactly like the other brand.... if you need to buy do it with caution and purchase the extra warranty.

I would prefer that I could adjust the flow (I replaced original aerator with a new one to reduce the flow to 0.5 gpm) The sensors sensitivity is OK, no adjustment for time on. It would be great if had adjustment but once again for the price still a good choice.
