> 3 dayWe installed this on my sons crib when he was about 19 months old. Have not had any problems. He loves his bed, learned to get into it and get out of it on his own through the sides. Has never fallen out of so far (been using it for about 2 months now). My only criticism is that while the rail is attached securely - it is a little loose and moves a bit. I would have preferred if it was attached in a more sturdy fashion.

> 3 dayConsidering the part to turn our crib into a toddler bed was $130 this is a good compromise. I would install under the springs as many others have said. I dont love that my sons mattress is higher up off the ground, but its not the end of the world. It is a little flimsy but it should keep him from falling out which is all that really matters. Its not a forever situation so I think this product is worth buying for the price.

> 3 dayWe bought our sons crib on clearance when he was born, and unfortunately, I couldn’t find the toddler bed rail to go with it. I thought we would just transition my son straight to a regular bed but he freaked out. I read that some kids like the security of the rails and need that for the transition. This hiccapop made the perfect conversion. It was fairly easy to put together, I had to refer to the photos a lot to figure out what it was trying to tell me. Installing it on the crib was cumbersome, but that’s not a design flaw. Getting adult hands through crib rails to put a screw through a hole isn’t the easiest, but I understand it needed to be done this way for sturdiness. It definitely helps to be able to get in behind the crib and have someone else to lift it up slightly, but I managed to do it by myself. I haven’t figured out how to let the railing down yet, it says lift up to release, but I can’t seem to get it to work. This doesn’t bother me though, I don’t really need it. Overall, seems like a safe and sturdy way to transition your toddler to a big bed. I definitely recommend it.

> 3 dayThis crib rail is pretty easy to get put together and installed, but comes in a bunch of small metal pieces. It would be nice if some of it was preassembled in the box. The sturdiness is alright. It definitely wiggles when set up, but I am not afraid of it falling or stopping my child from rolling out of bed. Just dont go leaning on it or yanking it around.

> 3 dayI was not going to spend upwards of $100 on the toddler rail that went with my toddlers crib. This is easily the next best thing. It was somewhat easy to install (had to law on the floor to screw on). Overall, I think the product looks nice and keeps him safe at night.

Greater than one weekIt can tilt and move more than I expected. But definitely cheaper than an additional wood rail

Greater than one weekI was very skeptical about this at first but I’ve had it for maybe 2 years now and it’s held up. I would say make sure it fits your type of bed. Mine didn’t but I made it work by using zip ties at the bottom. But it does the job. Even with my son constantly pushing on it and everything. There’s now a little hole but that’s mainly because he keeps picking at it. I really recommend if you’re trying make sure then little one doesn’t roll off the end like mine used too

> 3 dayI have had this for over a year and my son loves this so much the corner of the cover ripped by the seam. I contacted the company to find out if I could get a replacement and they made it so easy to replace for free. It says so much about the company/brand that they really do value their customers. I will definitely buy from this brand again in the future!

Greater than one weekLove this guard rail. Its the perfect size for convertible cribs BUT the packaging is terrible. The box was NOT taped shut on both sized so when i picked it up, all the of the pieces fell out and hit my kids hand. I dont know if this is an amazon issue or hiccapop issue.
