    Greater than one week

I wear these for yard work, chopping wood, gathering wood, and lifting weights for my left wrist only. (Probably about 2 hours a day of use). In just a week the thumb part started to fray. I don’t think it will be to long till it rips completely.

At least once or twice a year, I get this unbearable pain in the ball of my hand by my thumb and the only thing that helps is if I compress it and keep it immobile for a while. Its hard to find something that fits that area, but this is perfect. Fits over my thumb and I can wrap it around the sore area, and it holds snuggly. Im really happy.

I just received these today. I have been having this acute pain in my wrists and was looking for a wrist brace that was supportive and comfortable, but more flexible than a stiff brace. After reading over the reviews I noticed a common complaint was that the thumb hole was too small. Welp, on my pair, at least, this is most certainly a problem for a one fits all. I am 411 and have small hands and the thumb hole is snug on me. There is no way a man would probably find these comfortable, if they could even get their thumb through (which my husband could not). BUT, beyond that they fit what I was looking for. Just firm enough to offer support without being too stiff. I did find two things to help with the thumb hole issue. First, I stretched it as much as I could. Second, make a fist when you put the brace on and dont pull the brace too much until you have it wrapped round your wrist. This helps a lot. My recommendation, if you are a man DO NOT buy these unless something is done about the thumb area or you have smaller hands. Other wise these are worth a try. :)

Fits well, nice compression. I use it all day for a tendinitis problem i have on my left wrist. Learned the hard way not to sleep with it though.

I use it to compress a ganglion cyst, works OK for that

From years of using my hands Ive developed a calcium deposit on my wrist. I wore this wrist band for a week at work and less stress on my wrist so it indeed helps.

These work, but if you want a lot of rigidity then its best to double them up on one wrist. If you are just looking for general support, this might get the job done.

Thumb hole was too small. I just use it as a wrap around my wrist. Tries 4 different styles and brands and this is the only one that seemed to fit. I do not think I would recommend it for a badly strained wrist which I used a brace but to use to support my wrist so I would not strain when working in the garden.

I bought these with the hopes theyd help relive some of my elbow & wrist pain associated with weight training. They seem to help stabilize my wrist to prevent hyperextension but not quite as much as Id like. For as heavy as I lift I may need something a bit more robust. These would work great for a beginner or those training with lighter loads.

My husband suffers with wrist pain at work and they have made a difference. Works very well.
