I bought these because of what I suspect is carpel tunnel. I needed something to wear while I type all day. My numbness seemed to have left. Also, these do a good job of limiting my wrist bending which is a major trigger for me. One thing about them is that I dont think the elastic in them will hold up for a really long time. Ive been wearing them for two days and the elastic feels a bit looser. I dont know. Could be in my head. If it is indeed that the elastic is wearing out, I will come back later to change my rating and edit this review. Otherwise, they seem to be a good choice.

Wrist support when walking with an adult walker.

From years of using my hands Ive developed a calcium deposit on my wrist. I wore this wrist band for a week at work and less stress on my wrist so it indeed helps.

The thumb connection seems to be a bit off. Creates a gap when you wrap the rest of the strap. However, it does seem to help. I suspect its more due to holding in the heat and restricting your movement just enough to keep the arthritis from flaring. Inexpensive enough, but definitely not something Id wear all the time.

For sore wrists, these offer moderate support. Theres no internal metal bar or anything like that. But they are lightweight, low-profile, and they fold flat. They remind you not to over-do anything. I like that they leave much of my hand exposed so that I can (mostly) wash my hands, put on work gloves, and access my pants pocket without having to remove them. They also are a social signal to others about why you may not be able to shake hands.

Thank you, Amazon, for delivering these the SAME DAY! My wrists hurt so much I did not know what to do (painkillers are a last-resort option). After wearing them for a few minutes (now over an hour) I can honestly say my pain is gone. I will update after a few weeks. As other reviewers have said, the thumb loop is loose, but the wrist support is perfect. I spend a LOT of time in the kitchen and on the computer, so my wrists are a mess. Thank you so much!

Use it everyday and loosen it up at night and keeps my wrist from hurting at night, I’m senior but still work construction also getting 2 for the price is great as they are reversible. Thanks

Had some pain in my wrists and these have proven very beneficial using during my high intensity strength training regimen. They provide the needed stability and the wrap is very comfortable, even when wrapped tightly. Im also able to wear my Gloves. Great purchase for my needs.

This is sold as a two pack. The Velcro wore out after a month of usage. Granted the wrist support was used weekly for 30 frames. The second pair was convenient to have.
