It isnt very good at limiting motion if your wrist is in pain. It is a good reminder to be careful with a hurt wrist. And it gives full motion. And the velcro holds ok. Has to be re adjusted occasionally.

For sore wrists, these offer moderate support. Theres no internal metal bar or anything like that. But they are lightweight, low-profile, and they fold flat. They remind you not to over-do anything. I like that they leave much of my hand exposed so that I can (mostly) wash my hands, put on work gloves, and access my pants pocket without having to remove them. They also are a social signal to others about why you may not be able to shake hands.

Alleviates my wrist pain when my arthritis acts up.

OK, I tried these before and didnt like them. They seemed to help wrists. but my thumb ached and hurt worse then the Carpal Tunnel pain. Gave up and tried many other things. None of them worked. Retried these at night along with a long sleeve tshirt to keep my arms warm. Again the pain in the thumb. THEN.. I tried wrapping these around my wrist without putting my thumb into the hole. I held the end with the hole close to my wrist with my fingers, and wrapped it around my wrist pretty tight. Tried a lot untill it felt comfortable and went to bed. WOKE UP WITH NO CARPAL TUNNEL PAIN!!! It was great. I have used them for 4 days now and each day my CTS pain is reduced. I expect after a few weeks I will not even need these any more. I recommend everyone try a pair of these, but do NOT put your thumb in the hole. Fixes your CTS pain but causes worse pain in your thumb I just bought 2 more pairs of these.

Very nice fit and compression on wrist and lower palm. Didn’t expect it to be this good for the price.

Used them for daily use as I got my wrist hurt during working out. These dont stay put for long time. ONce your hand starts moving the grip/stability starts loosing and at some point you have to tighten it again and again. They got damaged near thumb region within a week of use. Its not a long go thing

I workout daily and some time back i started have pain in my wrist. It was becoming very hard for me to do certain excercise. These bands are very effective. I can adjust however thight i want and the velcro is very durable. It really helped with my wrist pain. I am able to do all the excercise now without an worry.

I wrap up my wrists with this for heavy lifting at the gym and my hands are more than ready for the grip. Had some issues with my left wrist and this was my initial reason I bought them. Since using these the problem I had before has improved greatly! Material seems of a very good quality, so if you are looking for a good wrist wrap, this one will do the job.

Had some pain in my wrists and these have proven very beneficial using during my high intensity strength training regimen. They provide the needed stability and the wrap is very comfortable, even when wrapped tightly. Im also able to wear my Gloves. Great purchase for my needs.

I got these for wrist support at work as I do a lot of lifting and maneuvering that causes hyperflexation of, and puts strain on, my wrists. When i received these I realized that the material is very plastic-y and doesnt breathe very well. Additionally the thumb holes are very small. Maybe a very petite woman could fit these thumb holes, but then shed have to wrap her wrist about 6 times lol. Additionally the thumb holes are just die cut from the material, which means that they will tear pretty easily without reinforcement. I think its just because I bout the Chinese special, but these arent awesome. Theyll work for some people, but they dont suit my needs.
