I workout daily and some time back i started have pain in my wrist. It was becoming very hard for me to do certain excercise. These bands are very effective. I can adjust however thight i want and the velcro is very durable. It really helped with my wrist pain. I am able to do all the excercise now without an worry.

I just received these today. I have been having this acute pain in my wrists and was looking for a wrist brace that was supportive and comfortable, but more flexible than a stiff brace. After reading over the reviews I noticed a common complaint was that the thumb hole was too small. Welp, on my pair, at least, this is most certainly a problem for a one fits all. I am 411 and have small hands and the thumb hole is snug on me. There is no way a man would probably find these comfortable, if they could even get their thumb through (which my husband could not). BUT, beyond that they fit what I was looking for. Just firm enough to offer support without being too stiff. I did find two things to help with the thumb hole issue. First, I stretched it as much as I could. Second, make a fist when you put the brace on and dont pull the brace too much until you have it wrapped round your wrist. This helps a lot. My recommendation, if you are a man DO NOT buy these unless something is done about the thumb area or you have smaller hands. Other wise these are worth a try. :)

This is exactly what we were looking for. Other braces were too stiff, thick, bulky…. and the list goes in. This is the perfect brace for my guy. So glad we found something as the one he’s been using is completely with out.

Good product, holds well and provides support, i only wish it provided a diagram on the package, it was a bit of thought to figure out to properly wrap the first use

I got this for some wrist/hand numbing. When received it I put it on and didn’t make my hand feel weird for burning after playing some video games (mouse + keyboard). Even tho I healed a bit now I’ll continue to use it regardless.

Used them for daily use as I got my wrist hurt during working out. These dont stay put for long time. ONce your hand starts moving the grip/stability starts loosing and at some point you have to tighten it again and again. They got damaged near thumb region within a week of use. Its not a long go thing

I suffer from bad carpal tunnel and this has definitely provided me with lots of relief while also providing support while lifting while at work(warehouse). Wouldnt recommend for the gym but would anywhere for anything else. They do tend to get a little itchy at first for alil when producing sweat. I give em a 3.5/5 rate
