07-06-2025I just received these today. I have been having this acute pain in my wrists and was looking for a wrist brace that was supportive and comfortable, but more flexible than a stiff brace. After reading over the reviews I noticed a common complaint was that the thumb hole was too small. Welp, on my pair, at least, this is most certainly a problem for a one fits all. I am 411 and have small hands and the thumb hole is snug on me. There is no way a man would probably find these comfortable, if they could even get their thumb through (which my husband could not). BUT, beyond that they fit what I was looking for. Just firm enough to offer support without being too stiff. I did find two things to help with the thumb hole issue. First, I stretched it as much as I could. Second, make a fist when you put the brace on and dont pull the brace too much until you have it wrapped round your wrist. This helps a lot. My recommendation, if you are a man DO NOT buy these unless something is done about the thumb area or you have smaller hands. Other wise these are worth a try. :)

Greater than one weekOK, I tried these before and didnt like them. They seemed to help wrists. but my thumb ached and hurt worse then the Carpal Tunnel pain. Gave up and tried many other things. None of them worked. Retried these at night along with a long sleeve tshirt to keep my arms warm. Again the pain in the thumb. THEN.. I tried wrapping these around my wrist without putting my thumb into the hole. I held the end with the hole close to my wrist with my fingers, and wrapped it around my wrist pretty tight. Tried a lot untill it felt comfortable and went to bed. WOKE UP WITH NO CARPAL TUNNEL PAIN!!! It was great. I have used them for 4 days now and each day my CTS pain is reduced. I expect after a few weeks I will not even need these any more. I recommend everyone try a pair of these, but do NOT put your thumb in the hole. Fixes your CTS pain but causes worse pain in your thumb I just bought 2 more pairs of these.

> 3 dayI bought these with the hopes theyd help relive some of my elbow & wrist pain associated with weight training. They seem to help stabilize my wrist to prevent hyperextension but not quite as much as Id like. For as heavy as I lift I may need something a bit more robust. These would work great for a beginner or those training with lighter loads.

> 3 dayThumb hole was too small. I just use it as a wrap around my wrist. Tries 4 different styles and brands and this is the only one that seemed to fit. I do not think I would recommend it for a badly strained wrist which I used a brace but to use to support my wrist so I would not strain when working in the garden.

> 3 dayThey have done s great job for me and my casual tunnel issues are severe. But as long as I wear these at work, I rarely have problems during work hours. I really thought they were very cheap and were going to fall apart pretty fast, but I was pleasantly surprised. They lasted a long time, Ive bought a second pair and recommended then to a friend.

> 3 dayI wrap up my wrists with this for heavy lifting at the gym and my hands are more than ready for the grip. Had some issues with my left wrist and this was my initial reason I bought them. Since using these the problem I had before has improved greatly! Material seems of a very good quality, so if you are looking for a good wrist wrap, this one will do the job.

> 3 dayWrist supports came quickly, in great condition. They are made well, and are sturdy. I have RA and when flares occurs in my wrists I need a little support. Just got these, but I feel they will really help with the flares and pain that occurs in my wrists.
