Greater than one weekAs the mother of the groom, I didn’t want to wear white, beige or cream. I chose a darker partially beaded gown for a formal outdoor wedding. This parasol was a perfect compliment without taking away from the bride. It was fancy enough without being tacky. The beading tied it together. The soft gray color was perfect. My makeup didn’t run off and I looked fabulous while staying comfortable. Lots of compliments. On a side note, having had skin pre-cancer spots removed previously it was nice to not have to deal with more sunblock after makeup and the dress.

> 3 dayVery difficult to open. Half the ribs required help. Two of them are iffy, may poke through the fabric. I love it but am afraid to close it. I think a stick type would be better. It definitely is beautiful, as shown in the picture.
