> 24 hourI expect sun and humidity for a New Orleans wedding in June. Because we will be outdoors for much of the celebration, I needed something to shield me from the bright sun. Ill be wearing navy blue and the navy blue umbrella matches perfectly. The sparkles and embroidery added just the right amount of pizzazz. My only complaint is the difficulty getting it back into the little carrying case....I dont think Ill ever be able to compress it back to the original size.

> 24 hourIts very beautiful I agree. Every thinks its so dainty. But geezer my only problem is when I open it I really have to fight and struggle as it is very very tight to open. I never used it coz I have an issue with my hands so Im thinking if just giving it away.

> 24 hourThe first one I bought was extremely difficult to open- i gave up after three tries and hurting my wrist. the seller happily sent me another one though- all of the parasols from this seller are just gorgeous- i cant get over how beautiful they are.... do be prepared for a smaller sized parasol (its not as large as an umbrella), but it came in a cute carrying bag and does go with my outfits (i like pastels and creams) which is why i went with a parasol over the UV blocking umbrellas which tend to be darker.

> 24 hourWhen fully extended, I find it firm and pretty. It definitely blocked the sun and looked as was promised. The seams are sloppy, though, and its difficult to pop up properly, collapse, and store. I rarely carry it for that reason. I wont buy this brand again.

> 24 hourThis umbrella is of beautiful style, the lace and flowers are lovely! It is medium quality, but look what you pay for it. Opening it is fairly easy, and has some origami like qualities when it comes to folding it back up. But overall I am happy with this product.
