> 3 dayFirst of all it’s a beautiful item, embroidery and look it’s very pretty. The problem is that it’s horrible to open or close! You have to manually snap down each part that is folded upwards and then once you wrangle that you will find a plastic button to push to begin to open it. As you do you also have to press a button to release the rest of the handle ! Once it’s open it’s beautiful. But again try to close it and do the whole very hard process in reverse! Someone needs to come up with a normal and easy way to open and close this! You can walk around with it and it’s very nice but the struggle with it truly makes it a horrible experience! Almost just left it open but that’s not practical as it takes too much space anywhere you put it if it’s open. Truly a shame ... suck pretty work wasted on a bad frame !

Greater than one weekThis is so beautiful! I have never owned a parasol before and Im so happy I made this purchase The pictures do not do it justice. I did find the lovely carry bag too small to easily stuff the closed parasol back in, but thats ok - I dont really need. I just close it up and its small enough to put in my purse. Highly recommend and will purchase additional parasols from this seller.

Greater than one weekThis has been above and beyond my expectations. This parasol is SO gorgeous and Ive gotten a million compliments on it!! Its extremely well built and I love that it has a black liner on the inside. I will be buying more of these in different colors for photo shoots.

> 3 dayThe first one I bought was extremely difficult to open- i gave up after three tries and hurting my wrist. the seller happily sent me another one though- all of the parasols from this seller are just gorgeous- i cant get over how beautiful they are.... do be prepared for a smaller sized parasol (its not as large as an umbrella), but it came in a cute carrying bag and does go with my outfits (i like pastels and creams) which is why i went with a parasol over the UV blocking umbrellas which tend to be darker.

> 3 dayBeautiful, great for the price, not so difficult as everyone mentions. I read a bunch of reviews and selected this company’s parasol in a 2-fold collapse. It’s gorgeous! I was nervous because so many people were complaining about opening and closing it as well as getting it back in the decorative baggie. I found no issue with these. I would not, however, recommend it to a parent that has children to wrangle.it only takes a moment but it’s gorgeous, and I don’t have the demands of little beasts... When you open it, ever single vein(?), holder upper (?), metal joint (?) needs to “click” into place. Don’t worry about extending it too far. It’s sort of unnerving at first but once I saw the clips and realized I had to go further than I’d opened it up, boom. Clicks. No problem. It’s really beautiful. I’m considering getting one to modify (self standing or clip on) for some projects I do outside. So pretty and functional!
