Item was in great shape. Easy to use and touch screen was very responsive.

This Chromebook is not what I thought. Does not function like a laptop to me and will not work for what I need it for. Does not support Zoom, sound like a robot or like Im underwater with this. The operating system is very limited in what I needed it for. Not familiar with Chromebook, but I know now. Will be returning. Would be great for a little kid or tween.

Touchscreen LCD is not working. Brand new out of box. Cannot see the screen well enough to even see the cursor. Screen brightness controls do not work. Thanks for nothing.

After 2 months, the computer developed a line down the middle of the screen. The seller does not stand by their products and referred us to the manufacturer who thus far has not done anything to replace the defective product.
