This is great if you only use it for casual personal use. It is way too slow for any kind of work.

I purchased this pc on August 13th, 2022 and received it on August 16th, 2022. It worked fine until October 31st, 2022 and it died. I would not buy another pc of this type. It is not very dependable!

The battery stopped holding a charge 5 days after getting it. The problem was so bad that even Amazon said that it wasnt worth sending back. I usually love HP and hope this was just a dud.

Im so pleased with this Chromebook! Not very computer minded but to me its like a big cell phone. Love that I could use right out of the box! I would recommend to anyone.

I like that the laptops is very lightweight and it came on time Im still trying to figure it out

Easy to use. Light weight

I was given a computer valued at $100 less. Model number I was given was 14-ca023nr. There is no touch screen at all. Thanks for ruining my daughters Christmas morning by false advertising a product and delivering something different. It sucks that my daughter can’t even enjoy her big gift because it has to be returned. Looks like I’m not the only one that went through this too. I guess they just assume people will accept a lower level computer that has half of the charger cord missing.

Perfect for what I do. I just need a laptop for navigation and inventory. Easy setup, large and slim enough.
