It lasted about one year. Mouse doesn’t work, screen freezes, blacks out, I could go on. For the money spent and HP name very disappointing. We will not buy HP again, second bad experience.

I had a business class HP laptop for the past 3 years, and while it was dependable and easy to use, it seemed that every time it got a Windows update, something else stopped working properly.

Gift was for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Arrived on time, nothing damaged and works wonderfully! She loves the touchscreen!

Its so easy to navigate my 5yrs old grandson can work it by himself.

I am having problems with the fact that the keyboard doesnt light up so its difficult to see what you are typing.

Purchased 2 of these for my 10-year old twins to use for virtual learning. They like them - touchscreen and touchpad are easy to use. After 14 months, 1 of them completely crashed (the other is still fine). I did not purchase a protection plan so we are out of a $200 laptop. This is probably the only time we could have actually used it!
