Product came like new. Very fast start up. Perfect for my four-year-olds to do schoolwork at home

Software or mechanical problem would not let me download apps.

I tutor via Zoom and was going out of town so I bought the first one of these so that the students wouldnt miss their sessions. It died and would not restart after about 3 hours of operation over a week or so. Thinking this was a one time event, I returned the useless item and had it replaced. Got it set up minimally and had to leave town. In the middle of the first Zoom session, the device died and could not be revived. I returned that as well. Totally useless.

I cant believe how effusive people are being about this awful screen! What are you people smoking? I can only imagine youre all using $30 grocery store Android tablets, because I havent seen a display with viewing angles this horrible since the days of Android Donut.

I bought this product in March and by May the mother board crashed. A complete waste of money. Dont buy it.

From the day I received this, almost 6 months ago, Ive used it less than 10 times. I still use my phone, because this laptop is ridiculously slow. I mean awful. Worse than dial-up. I pay for ultra fast Comcast internet, and every other device in this house works fine. This laptop works best as a paper weight, or hard surface on which to place your paper before writing. Dont waste your money! Refurbished? I doubt it!

Its everything it says it is its a beautiful screen easy to turn on easy to use everything from your phone goes right 2 year computer no need to upload anyting

Former owner was still the administrator on the unit so I could not use it properly and had to send it back. So much for the quality control

I love this laptop. I like that it sync to my phone.

This has probably been the best chrome book I’ve purchased and I have purchased several. It is very lightweight, runs fast, touch screen works great, and color is nice. Only used for school and browsing so no gaming, but that is what chrome books are for so meets my expectations perfectly.
