> 3 dayPurchased this laptop for my father as a Christmas present last December 2020, broken by April. Laptop will not turn on and weve ruled out the cable as a potential source. HP Warranty states it is for 1 year, but it might as well have not been included since they stopped supporting servicing this model . Amazon warranty ends 90 days after purchase, conveniently as soon as it broke down. Do yourself a favor and avoid this model. HP discontinued the product, probably for obvious reasons and is no longer honoring their warranty.

> 3 dayI bought this for my child and so far so good, no complaints. Good visual, touch screen works, can also game to a certain extent. Lets you play roblox and mindcraft. Battery life fine no issues with that. Pretty darn good computer.

20-04-2025It says it’s a touch screen but have not seen that yet. Don’t know if it’s a feature that needs to be turned on but I have touched that screen all over the place and nothing. The set up is like any new computer you get. Have to get it just right for your use.
