Good for what is worth, slow but it gets the job done.

This laptop is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE I did 2 days of school work, one PowerPoint and memory full. It has no harddrive. People say away from this laptop. Its the worst laptop ever! Im disgusted with this hp laptop.

The price was great, so I shouldnt complain. You really get what you pay for. I have found I cant conduct a zoom meeting and look for documents without the sound getting static. I dont get clear beautiful pictures on it. It is smaller than I thought it would be, so documents arent always shown in their entirety. I found that some of the features listed in the product information do not work as advertised. I didnt think I would miss the touch screen feature, but I do. If you need a spare this will work. Its ok. I am thinking of purchasing a laptop with the features I miss, which I should have done in the first place.

I retired and needed to replace the company owned HP laptop for my own personal use. What I received was actually very much an upgrade. Setup was very easy and even making the change to Windows 10 was welcome.

i always had an apple but they are all crazy expensive!! i really only use the computer for web surfing, google docs and google photos. the set up process was not bad, but it did ask for a lot of personal information. also i can’t get my printer to connect which could be a big problem for me. i’m a great typist but keep getting caught up on this keyboard… it must be slightly different then my apple keyboard. i’m sure i will get used to it
