    Not a laptop. This is a Chromebook. It has no harddrive. Worth less than $150. Seller wont let me return it even though it was within the 30 days return period.

    As it was reported by a one star review, the touchpad is off. I get about 85% to right click and about 15% to left click. Way off!

    Touch pad mouse has never worked and customer support is inconvenient and difficult to work with for a solution. Have to use an external mouse.

    I bought this hp laptop for my Grandson for Christmas and I am so happy that I did. Because of Covid 19 he is doing school online. It was very easy to set up. He likes it very much. I think it is safer for children to do school online during these times. Thanks for this Hp and at a great price. I highly recommend, especially for children who have to do school at home.

    This computer is defective. Superrrrrr slow and does not function properly at all. Runs at AOL dial up speed, freezes up etc So annoying. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this HP laptop. Maybe I just got a bad one
