Very pleased with the product and the customer support

Product is lightweight and backpack is useful but I did not understand the description and so that’s my fault. I want to give it one star but it is as described so I cannot fault it because it was completely honest in its description.

Had the laptop for only one week and it stop working

I honestly wish I could return this laptop. I bought this for the most basic use- uploading and editing photos and minimal web surfing. This computer lags so bad. I constantly have to restart and reboot and it takes at least 20 minutes to do so. Guess I should have just spent more and bought a Mac.

I mean it’s a cheap computer I guess, but since I got it, it was incredibly slow to boot. It was just a slow computer. And it would randomly die with plenty of battery left and just not turn on again. I hardly use it because it has been so unreliable.

It’s not touch screen, but it runs really well, slim and fast, also the backpack is pretty kick ass
