Worse computer ever. Very cheap. Disliked keyboard, too much preloaded junk, no instructions. Complicated. Time consuming. Has to be connected to Microsoft for use and there may be additional fees. Too late to return it for refund or replacement.

The laptop was in perfect condition, it works smoothly and looks really nice. The only issue I found is that it’s operating system “Windows 10 S” does not allow to download anything that isn’t in the windows App Store. This should be specified in the item’s description so people are aware of it before they buy it.

Not a touch screen. Product discription did not include preloaded softwate and that windaow10S you can only get software from the Microsoft store on the computer itself. Also rhat it has its own HP extended warranty to purchase. I ened up canceling subsciption I purchased for Norton, Warrenty, and office after learning what was already loaded on and the blocking the S mode did not allow these outside things to work.

I love my new laptop. Screen quality is amazing. I dont have touch screen. I am enjoying the games. I received an awesome backpack that I can charge my laptop without talking out of the backpack.

I love how small and compact this notebook is and as a college student it provides all me schooling needs!

Nice little computer. I run prime video, hulu, Netflix, Disney + & it does great & isnt slow. Love the old windows 7 look. Definitely not a computer for games. Just little & simple. Love it for my needs. Also youll need to take it off s mode to download chrome or any other apps safe mode deems not safe.

Not a laptop. This is a Chromebook. It has no harddrive. Worth less than $150. Seller wont let me return it even though it was within the 30 days return period.
