Product is absolutely terrible and no one should ever buy one. Not only was it completely choked by bloatware from the moment I recieved it which fought every attempt to either remove it or install any real security on the device but it almost immediately began having issues booting at all. The only reason I am writing this review is that I rediscovered the laptop while cleaning my office and decided to do my civic duty to inform the rest of the world not to waste a cent upon this worthless laptop.

The picture says 1 stick of 8GB RAM but when I went to add another there were 2 sticks of 4GB RAM so now I had to buy ANOTHER 8gb stick which was annoying because it was not as advertised. Other than that pc runs great

What I like about this laptop is so light to take it with you anywhere around the house or even if you travel with it.

Got it for my brother whos in highschool. The machines really well made, and light - the upside of being a plastic build. Definitely can do more than just regular tasks. The white keyboard and silver lettering is not the best combo though.

I know I ordered the touchscreen but the laptop that was delivered to me has no touchscreen! Apart from that, this laptop is very lightweight and I love that.

I was very impressed with the power, however the touchpad and overall quality was very cheap.

I enjoy this laptop though it’s a little heavier than my MacBook Air!!! This thing is great!!! Even when I play the sims I don’t hear the fans plus the colors look amazing. I mainly got it for my coding class. the battery is great as well. It has so many ports. I am very proud of my purchase.

I got a laptop to live stream twitch with. Although I wont be playing and streaming games. This lap of tops does a great job managing eveything pretty well. Also played a couple games like roblox and genshin impact to test it out and it plays out very well

DO NOT SPEND THE EXTRA $65 FOR THE WINDOWS 11 VERSION - IF YOU BUY THE WINDOWS 10 VERSION IT WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO DOWNLOAD IT FOR FREE DURING THE SYSTEM SETUP.
