Greater than one weekThis is the cheapest 5 series CPU laptop (Intel I5 or Amd Ryzen 5) I could find from a manufacturer that is reputable after nearly a month of laptop shopping (I bought it at a discounted price and not refurbished). So far I love the screen, it is full HD (No touchscreen) and is not grainy like the 768p screens. I use mine to record games with a capture card and it handles it like a champ. Even though it only has an integrated GPU, its quite decent if you dont plan on playing any GPU heavy or high graphics games, it can even handle capture card recording on its own for a very long time. It is very fast. Though there are times when it shuts off the network adapter for WI-FI and refuses to find network connections for the Internet, this might just be a driver update issue that can be fixed with a Windows update that I have yet to install, but I am not sure. This is the only issue I have. If I keep having this problems, I will update the review. But for now, I am happy with it, especially for just browsing and casual recording of games.

Greater than one weekLaptop was delivered without a power cord and has had problems running from day 1. It now wont turn on but a claim cant even be filed because the sticker that contains the serial number was never provided.

> 3 dayFor the price ($529), I think this is a superb value. My old laptop put in 6 years of hard labor. After about one month on the job, I am VERY satisfied with my new one. HP has packed a lot into this model. Screen quality is excellent. Easy to use. Charges up fast. Although battery drain seems to go a bit faster than I expected. I am glad I bought this one.

> 3 dayI know I ordered the touchscreen but the laptop that was delivered to me has no touchscreen! Apart from that, this laptop is very lightweight and I love that.

> 3 dayJust received this laptop. After disabling the (pita) MS login everything so far, seems ok. Was very disappointed to find out it does NOT have a backlit keyboard. I specifically put a filter on Amazon for that feature and this laptop showed up on their list. Be sure to look at the spec details when ordering anything. Apparently they show you items that dont actually filter your criteria so double-check the features you want. Its lightweight and will serve its purpose (hopefully), too soon to tell, but it seems like a nice mid-price range choice. Wish it had the lighted keyboard feature, but I guess thats the universe telling me I should only work during the day, so thats cool.

> 3 dayThe wifi card works out of the box from linux kernel version 5.16 onwards. On older kernels, you wont have wifi during install, which since theres no ethernet port might sound like a pain, but you can just plug in a phone and use USB tethering to get internet that way. After installing, youll need to set up the rtw89 driver using dkms. (On Arch this is painless - just install rtw89-dkms-git. On other distros, the process may be a little more manual, but is well-documented.) I cant blame HP or the seller for this; the problem is Realtek for failing to get their driver upstreamed in a timely manner, as usual from Realtek. But I stress this problem will be solved in the near future with newer kernels.

Greater than one weekNot all that much to say about it. It is listed at a 4GHz CPU, but thats its overclock speed. If I had known that when I ordered, I wouldnt have ordered it.
