> 3 dayThe monitor/screen has pinholes when it arrived new. Looks like they skipped end of line testing.

> 3 dayNice well priced laptop. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor is fast and a great value in this HP laptop. I compared processors before purchasing and this was by far the best value I could find. Screen is bright and the keyboard has a nice feel. I replaces my older 17 laptop which had an i5 processor and this is much faster with all day battery life.

Greater than one weekIt might not be the super duper latest 3000 dollar lap top. Like bro does that 3k laptop cook and tell jokes. No! Well anyway this laptop is a good value model and will do just fine.

> 3 dayIt does not have all the features of my other hps. Small keyboard missing numbers on the side no internet direct connection. Set up takes a long time. Not worth the money. And this company does not return or exchange

Greater than one weekWhen I received this item the box was completely destroyed then when I charged it and tried to set it up I couldn’t connect to the internet. When I ran a diagnostic on it the computer was missing the component that it needed in order to connect to WIFI.

Greater than one weekI purchased this unit to replace a model I bought several years earlier. We had been using it even after the plastic the lid hinges were attached to cracked, such that you had to leave the lid open or risk snapping it off.

> 3 dayLaptop is extremely slow and the screen is smaller than 14. Downloading a program and it took almost 24 hours. Ridiculous.

> 3 dayThis laptop has been my go to for almost a year now. Probably my fav over the years so far (second to my Mac). I use it for business, creative projects (it handles Adobe CS very well) and remote work (came with Windows 10 installed and has exceeded multiple WFH tech requirements)
