    At first, everything worked perfectly! I thought it was a GREAT value for the money. Fast forward 5 months later, the network adapter malfunctioned for no apparent reason, conveniently after the software warranty expired (3 months). Thankfully I purchased the warranty option with asurion but there is still an out of pocket cost which doesnt make me happy AT ALL (since the laptop is basically brand new), plus getting it repaired is such a hassle.

    Laptop is for personal use only. No instructions or manual came with the computer. Finding very difficult to set up with apps and files on my other computer. Have been an HP user for awhile (desktop pc w Win 10 & printer) and really like the products. This is my 1st laptop. Very frustrating. Dont know why I have to spend $579 on a laptop and then have to pay $300 + to have help setting up.

    Ive always gone with Toshiba for my laptops, although Ive owned HP desktops before. This was my first foray into something different. And honestly, I think this is a great laptop.

    i bought this laptop for college and it has been amazing. battery life is wonderful and the screen quality is outstanding! i was shocked about the touchscreen because the description didn’t say anything about it but it’s the perfect laptop.

    at $600 I couldnt ask for more. Great video, great sound, easy to set up and use. Initially there were many programs that I didnt want and would never use that I deleted (easy to delete in settings). Sound and video are excellent for virtual meetings. Adjust sound and video you your needs (in Serrings). Ive read some of the complaints about this laptop crashing, etc. My advice would be to just reboot, update all software (Settings > System), and be patient. Ive read that you can turn this laptop into a touchscreen notebook, but I prefer using a mouse over touchscreen. Excellent laptop that I recommend.
