> 3 dayHave had this up and working less than ten days when I lost the audio. It worked fine until it didnt. Tried running diagnostic and did not resolve. Hired a PC tech to come to the house and said the sound board was shot, nothing they could do. Since the unit came out of a small shop in GA although sold through Amazon, I would have to pack it up ship it to them and then hope they refund my money. Not a chance I am willing to take. Learned my lesson that I will no longer purchase $1800 electronics item from Amazon. Will go with somebody local so I can deal with any issues. Hard lesson to learn.

> 3 dayOne aspect I really liked was that it was very easy to setup and restore files from my old PC. The AIO is very appealing to the eye, and boots up fast (I have the 16GB model). The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the camera quality is average, and with everyone spending more time with virtual meetings its too bad HP didnt incorporate a top-notch camera (I would have paid extra for this). I dont use the touch screen feature and would rather have a higher definition camera, otherwise Im very happy with my AIO!

> 3 dayI ordered this specifically because it had Windows 10. WRONG!!! It came with Windows 11 that I didnt want at all because I looked at reviews and they were bad. Im a 69 year old senior and disabled, and not good with techy stuff, in other words, technically challenged. I did set up my last new computer and printer so thought how hard could this be? Seven hours later I couldnt even begin to get this piece of garbage set up. I had to call in a professional company at $60 an hour to set it up. Thats when I found out this garbage has Windows 11 on it. No wonder I couldnt set it up, much less find anything on it that I was familiar with. I contacted the company and they refunded my $60, whoop-dee-do!!! The problem is I have no idea how to use Windows 11 and dont want to learn after the reviews I read online. So I have ordered a 2016 version of Professional Office just so i can use this piece of junk. Where is my refund for that $43 dollars? NO WHERE!!! By the way,the company informed me that all of these PCs come from the factory with Windows 11, SO WATCH OUT!!! No reimbursement for the seven hours I spent trying to set this up and feeling like a total idiot because I couldnt. That was a blow to my self-esteem which took a hit. BUYER BEWARE!!! 5-15-22 - the seller returned my $43 for the software I had to buy.

> 3 dayThe desktop all-in-one is fast and works well, but for one problem. The sound drivers dont work with current version of Windows10 and produce no sound. HP support advised to uninstall all the RealTek drivers and Restart. That didnt solve the problem. Next they recommended I restore an older version of Windows 10, but then I would lose all my desktop software that I carefully moved from my old PC. Some of my apps will require me to buy a new version to install, which will cost me license money. Not happy with HP because of this. I bought a Bluetooth speaker to bypass HP built-in sound. Its stupid I had to do this. No more HP computers after this one.

> 3 dayWife purchased this for me. Pretty. Shiny. Absolutely no power to hard drive, nothing. HP support took hours, to ultimately have me told at one point to open it up and look over wiring. When I asked if this wouldn’t void warranty, a different agent said yes, it would automatically void the warranty on my new computer. Why they were asking me to do this without warning of consequences was never answered. And agent in chat noted I would be foolish to repaint new pc, return it to seller. I said that makes sense. Two minutes later same agent said I should forget he said that and send it to hp for repair/replace. Still scratching my head. Anyway, the product, the support, the whole experience was not good. And we are/were an HP family. Quality seems to have fallen, all support is from overseas and laggy, which is fine, but they couldn’t resolve anything while insisting they knew what problem was, which agent later admitted he had no idea. We had to send back, but given the overall feeling, we probably won’t buy another HP. Bummed.

> 3 dayim going to get the problems out of the way first. all of the usb ports and the media reader are all in the back, except for the one usb port on the side. every time i need to plug in my sd card i have to turn the whole thing around. i find this problemsome. if there were at least half of the usb ports on the front or even the bottom so they were easier to access that would be helpful.
