> 3 dayThis is the 2nd HP all-in-one computer I have had and I love it. Sure hated to replace the first one, which I had for 8 years, updating over the years, from Windows 8 to Windows 10 with no problems. Until the last time when windows updated and I lost audio. There was no HP audio drive to fix the problem. Which is strange because this one has audio that works just fine. Love that I dont have to worry about cables all over the place. This one has a tilt screen so I can adjust it when Im on zoom instead of having to sit on a pillow. The camera is good and I like the way it hides in the back when Im not using it. Theres a goofy little tag on the lower right side; the brand name of the sound, but I can live with it. Right after I got it, I called customer support at Amazon for a minor question and they responded quickly and were very helpful

> 3 dayThe desktop all-in-one is fast and works well, but for one problem. The sound drivers dont work with current version of Windows10 and produce no sound. HP support advised to uninstall all the RealTek drivers and Restart. That didnt solve the problem. Next they recommended I restore an older version of Windows 10, but then I would lose all my desktop software that I carefully moved from my old PC. Some of my apps will require me to buy a new version to install, which will cost me license money. Not happy with HP because of this. I bought a Bluetooth speaker to bypass HP built-in sound. Its stupid I had to do this. No more HP computers after this one.

> 3 dayThe computer is very easy to setup with voice of Contana who does it for you according to your answers. The 27 screen is great with a excellent view. Also, the PC is fast & very user friendly. If you want a fast, great quality & with excellent monitor - this is the one.

> 3 dayLike many thanks to covid, Ive made the transition to working at home and needed something that would handle doing virtual appointments better than a tablet. I selected this computer for screen size, camera I could turn off when not needed, and all-in-one set up as having a separate tower would make moving it out of the way when needed more cumbersome. The computer is great and does what I need it to do. Getting it connected to everything was a breeze. Only things I didnt care for are the included keyboard and mouse, but those are easily replaced with things that are more ergonomic, less crowded, and still quiet to use. I dont really use the touch screen too much, but it works fine. I could see needing something better if the main use for the pc would be for graphic design/other fields that are graphically oriented and need a stellar stylus. Over all, Im quite pleased!

> 3 dayWe are using this computer to homeschool our children and we love it. The screen is nice and big. My kids can choose to use the mouse or the touch screen. The picture is very clear and the sound is great. The speed is very fast. Great computer! I would definitely recommend.
