Greater than one weekThe only con I can describe is the lack of high speed graphics. This is not the computer for gaming, despite the 10th Generation Core I7 microprocessor. Flight Simulator 2020 was unuseable. This is definitely NOT a gaming computer, despite its I7. Terrible for gaming graphics.

> 3 dayThe desktop all-in-one is fast and works well, but for one problem. The sound drivers dont work with current version of Windows10 and produce no sound. HP support advised to uninstall all the RealTek drivers and Restart. That didnt solve the problem. Next they recommended I restore an older version of Windows 10, but then I would lose all my desktop software that I carefully moved from my old PC. Some of my apps will require me to buy a new version to install, which will cost me license money. Not happy with HP because of this. I bought a Bluetooth speaker to bypass HP built-in sound. Its stupid I had to do this. No more HP computers after this one.

> 3 dayI returned the first computer because the speakers didn’t work. The second computer arrived and again speakers DO NOT work. After a total of 7 hours on the phone with HP and 3 phone calls, they could not get the speakers on either computer to work! Do not spend this kind of money for a computer that doesn’t work! It was decided that the Windows 10 software was at fault, but if HP can’t fix the operating system on their own computer then there is a problem. Do not waste your money!
