The best thing is the speed at which the Apps load, very quick and responsive.

You would think that a $1500 computer would have all the programming included to do COMMON tasks that people do on their computers, right?

I really liked this computer initially. In less than three years the fan recently died. I found that this is a very common problem. Not only with this HP but also with other all in ones. I have only bought two HPs and both have failed very quickly so I’m feeling sour on HP. My other is an HP Spectre laptop that developed a failed charging port very quickly. I’ve found that is also very common.

Ive only had it for a day now but so far I just love it, is there room for improvement? Yes, there always is but I think a lot of that is a personal preference kind of thing.

Horribly SD card placement. USB-A port on the side instead of USB-C.

Setup was straight-forward. I had a little difficulty with the Microsoft 365, since my account was with GoDaddy, but a Microsoft technician helped me get it straightened out. I keep forgetting it has the touch screen, and Im reluctant to touch the screen and get it dirty, but it seems to work fine. Im so used to using a mouse, I forget I have options. I havent disconnected my old computer yet, but I look forward to having extra room on my desk without a tower taking up space. I havent used the camera--maybe if we go to lockdown again and I have Zoom meetings Ill give it a try.
