> 3 dayMonitor is heavy in which you try to install so that you can lift it up to eye view, the stand does not cooperate. There is no way to adjust the height. It is nothing as I expected.

> 3 dayAfter my third day trying to work my way around this new computer, I am ready to give up on it and return it. In particular, I couldnt reconcile my biases with the keyboard style. I have big hands, which makes it clumsy for me. In addition, it has no F-keys. How can a keyboard have no F-Keys? Worse of all is this computer came with no instructions about the equipment configuration, camera location, on-switch, how to insert batteries into the mouse, etc. In any case, I figured out some of these things after tinkering around with it. However, regarding the F-keys, it could be there are ways to emulate them but no instructions were provided to that effect. Whats a man got to do? Much as I hate to have to return it, I cant abide the thought of living with these negative aspects into the unforeseeable future.

> 3 dayThe screen resolution seems very bad....may be 1920 x 1080 is fine on a laptop but for this screen size of 27 inches, it looks as this is some some monitor from year 2000! OR may be the set-up process is not so good...either way, If I cannot fix the screen resolution issue, this PC is going back! I was very excited to get an all-in-one PC that had great specs but the screen resolution can affect your eyes so cannot tolerate that...I will ask HP if some set-up is wrong otherwise this piece is going back to HP!

> 3 daySetup was straight-forward. I had a little difficulty with the Microsoft 365, since my account was with GoDaddy, but a Microsoft technician helped me get it straightened out. I keep forgetting it has the touch screen, and Im reluctant to touch the screen and get it dirty, but it seems to work fine. Im so used to using a mouse, I forget I have options. I havent disconnected my old computer yet, but I look forward to having extra room on my desk without a tower taking up space. I havent used the camera--maybe if we go to lockdown again and I have Zoom meetings Ill give it a try.

> 3 dayWe are using this computer to homeschool our children and we love it. The screen is nice and big. My kids can choose to use the mouse or the touch screen. The picture is very clear and the sound is great. The speed is very fast. Great computer! I would definitely recommend.

> 3 dayI mean, this bad boy is pricey, but totally worth it. It is lightning fast and so sleek. Huge screen with great color. Exactly what I wanted and needed. Cant say enough good things about it. Love it!

Greater than one weekI love my new pc! I’m not keen about the torch screen feature but it is awesome! The photo quality is good. I cannot wait to start editing all my photos on this computer. The main purpose of purchasing it is to edit photos.

> 3 dayThis is really bad. I have only had foe one month and already have major problems. Computer turns on but the screen remains black. I have done every trouble shoot suggestion on the internet with no success. Missed my 30days to return.
