Greater than one weekSo far theres nothing to complain about. Only issue I have is not use to the keyboard as I am use to using my desktop keyboard. I heard reviews that the brightness isnt bright enough. I use it indoors as I dont carry it outside and so far have no issues with the brightness and Im only using about 3/4 brightness settings. When in tablet mode (3rd pic) the hinges tend to become loose at a certain angle that when youre using touchscreen, the display will tilt back/fall back abit but isnt a big issue for me as it doesnt happen all the time. Other than that, really love this chromebook. I bought in Amazon as I come from Malaysia and is difficult to find anyone selling Chromebook online. The once I manage to find are Acer c434 which is also one of my list but the price is ridiculously overpriced. With Amazon, price + shipping + tax is so much cheaper compare to buying locally.

Greater than one weekPaid $535 August 20. Great features; wifi 6 (ax), backlit keyboard, touch screen, 8gb Ram, etc. Who needs Windows since you can do Office 365 (cloud office) and Gsuite aka Google docs on this. Id buy 10 of these for teachers at my school for $535.

> 3 dayThis product has a suitable cpu and main memory. However, the 64Mb storage device is a bit lacking and it is a pity that it is not an SSD.

> 3 dayI love this laptop. It is extremely user friendly and the construction of the device feels high quality. I especially love the keyboard, the fingerprint reader, the camera shutter on/off functionality, and the overall product design.

> 3 dayFool me twice, shame on me. I loved this Chromebook so much that when the first one died after a year, I took a gamble and bought another. The second one went to the black screen of death in the middle of my Monday work day. It was charged. I charged it some more. Nada. I closed the cover and left it alone overnight. Next day, nothing and nothing and nothing. You get the picture. Finally, I open it up again on the 7th day and voila! Hello! All perky like nothing every happened. Reminds me of one or two exes! Couldnt trust them and dont dare trust this ever again. Shame on you, HP. And shame on you, Asurioun. $57 just to hear you say return it to Amazon after two months. Thanks for nothing.

Great Cook
> 3 dayI waited for this, because it really is incredibly gorgeous (even sexy) solid, feels good, has a perfect weight and a magnet at the front, so you need a little effort to open it, the screen stays where ever you want it to be, its nice and tight. Ive never figured out the fingerprint. You still have to login with your password. The screen is gorgeous, I could never live without backlit, now that I have it. But I have a lot of trouble with Prime Video. I bought 147 videos on Prime, but have a lot of trouble downloading them, I left a review and hopefully that will get fixed. It used to work fine, its all the updates that caused the problem. But I absolutely LOVE the Chromebook and the way the HP is somewhat artistic, its 4 vertical lines without horizontal lines, you know its HP and the lines are kind of chrome like, the color of the laptop is a wonderful grey Mineral Silver with darker keys. Even when I have a little trouble with it, I still LOVE IT. Highly recommended, if you love beautifully designed things! The volume could be a little higher, but I use ear plugs, so that doesnt really matter. Its absolutely Stunning!!
