Very fast for my son 8 grade online classes, good choice, take more than a week for the delivery but is worth my money and time, product is as described.

I bought this for my wife since she only uses the browser on her VERY OLD laptop which is now very very slow.

So far it’s working great. Easy set up and convenient for school. The only thing that is a surprise is the poor battery life. I was expecting to charge this fully and that the battery would last 7-8 hours minimum but that’s not the case at all sometimes with a full charge it says I have 2 hours of battery and sometimes it says 20 hours. In reality it’s only been giving us about 5 hours before we have to plug it in. Pretty disappointing actually and I’m dropping my rating because of it. We aren’t gaming on this thing. It’s used solely for one child’s elementary school work.

I was somewhat hesitant to buy this computer, seeing that it was a chromebook and I have heard chromebooks are not the greatest of computers. Especially being a full time college student and part time worker, I constantly need a lightweight computer that is easily accessible and compatible with all domains. The touchscreen is outstanding. I anticipated some lag with transitioning between laptop and tablet but it is smooth and seamless. If you are a student, especially in the science field or design field, I would highly recommend this computer. Not too expensive and not too cheap for every single thing you need. Compatible with assignments, playing games or watching Netflix, and seriously does not fret on speed of applications and opening. Get it, it is worth it.

Very well built, great touchscreen, good sound (for a laptop), and excellent keyboard. Screen is average at best. Specs are good, except internal storage. 64G is considered very good by Chromebook standards, but most people will need more. Luckily, that problem is easily solved with a micro SD Card. In short, Chromebooks are pretty much maintenance-free (software-speaking), and are fantastic for most simple functions, but they wont replace a Windows or Mac computer for anything other than web browsing, multimedia, and light gaming. Also, the 64G isnt upgradeable or replaceable except by using external storage, which is lower quality and much slower. Its ok, but there are cheaper and better values out there. One more thing: if you plan on using a printer, do your homework. I was able to get my Canon Imageclass working on it, but it was a great big pain! HP printers tend to work much better out of the box with Chromebooks.

Product was priced higher and listed as new. Once received it was fairly evident that the system was used and poorly refurbished. See pictures for details. Return and replacement initiated, will update accordingly depending on newly received items condition.

I LOVE this chromebook! Its low profile and lightweight. The battery life is outstanding. The OS took a little getting used to, but its relatively easy to figure out, and it helps that my 16 year old daughter also has a chromebook and knows all the ins and outs. I look forward to streaming movies and shows on the full screen. The sound is also great.

I am definitely upset. Love the equipment, love how it works, but I did NOT get the HP Stylus as stated in the Q&A 2 months ago. This was the singular reason for my decision, but noooo....
